It was absolutely spotlessly clean and very modern. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Communication with the host was excellent. Perfect location for us as we had family nearby. Wonderful shops and restaurants all around.

I’d give it 100 out of 10! I absolutely love the neighborhood—Myoden, Gyotoku, Urayasu, Kasai, and Nishi-Funabashi. You can do pretty much everything around here without needing to go into the city. The room is feel like home, clean, kitchen is fabulous, bathtub help me a lot after long walk, toilet seat is heated and there is also a bidet and there’s a pincode for the door, which is super convenient compared to carrying a key—especially when not everyone comes back at the same time. There’s also a laundromat right downstairs, which is very convenient and affordable. I ended up doing laundry almost every day! If I had known, I would have packed even fewer clothes.
