Good hotel for night before or after flight. Check-in went quite smooth, even though we arrived with quite a lot of people with the airport shuttle bus. Shuttle bus in the morning was well arranged and nice on time as well. In general friendly people as well. Even though room felt a bit old it was spacious and served its purpose.

Best massive hotel with high floors like 50 floors, I stayed at 36 floor with wonderful views of the city during sunrise and night view- splendid !!!! Very lucky with this hotel- with a few public baths and world class restaurants. Excellent staff with English spoken.

The Staff was so friendly and helpful! And very clean rooms. We also very much liked the illumination outside in the Garden! So beautiful. I slept at this Hotel the very first time, i visited Japan in 2010. Nothing much changed, still a great experiance and a big Bed!

We were only 1 night here between visiting the two disney parks. But its a wonderful hotel , with very friendly staff , nice clean big rooms and an amazing Lobby. It is very conviently connected with the tokyo disney monorail so you can get easily to the parks. I can highly recommend it even for a longer stay if you are here for visiting tokyo Disney.

Great room for one. Apa hotel never lete down. Great bed and the amenities are good. I have tattoos and they provide you with patches to cover them and enter the onsen.

Very close to train station, easy to find. Was exactly as expected and as the listing states.

Location - Hotel is located between Maihama Station (Disneyland) & Shinurayasu Station. Easy bus ride (No. 2, 4) both ways at JPY170. Free shuttle to Disneyland is available (scheduled) and free. Airport Transfer - Take the express bus to Maihama Station. Take the bus or taxi (JPY1600) Staff - Most Super friendly (compared to other hotels in Japan we stayed before). Easy communication (most speaks English). Very supportive of my spouse medical condition. Room - Decent room size for the price we paid. Have both user control heater and air condition. Nearest Malls - Shin Urayasu & Maihama stations

Very convenient near the station and malls, restaurants convenience store onsite and shuttle bus to Disney parks. We loved the complementary snacks and drinks area.

Buffet was good the omelet chef was great.

As always, service in Japan is impeccable and the staff at this hotel are no exception. Excellent service, great shuttle to and from Disney parks, all amenities provided. The room even came with a foot massager.

The staff member Ashani we are so greatful for her amazing customer service in assisting us with the return of our sons Ipad we left behind. We returned to Australia and contacted the hotel where Ashani was so helpful in returning the ipad back to us.

Really great location from the train and bus station with a convenience store and karaoke place right across the road. Clean facilities and comfy bed. Really appreciated that they kept our luggage for us after check out so we could explore the Aeon mall without dragging our luggage.

Very nice breakfast and provide free shuttle to the Narita airport & JR Narita station.

One hour train to Tokyo, nice town with plenty of business, restaurantes, post office, money exchange, kombinis, train station, everything at 5 minutes walking from inn. Personal very careful.
