The staff the exceptional and very friendly and helpful! This hotel does the little things well, like little tots for thr kids, an evening meal for free. The room had little things that other hotels wouldn't consider but made the stay so pleasant like a foot massager, shoe dryer, great water pressure. The free shutter to the disney/train station is also great. Can't fault this place and will stay here again during our next Disney Tokyo visit!

Huge room and bathroom, lovely after the small rooms I encountered around Japan. Very warm, welcoming staff. Excellent location, right under Maihama Station, but don't worry you can't hear the train. Convenience store next door and Disney monorail right next to hotel. Perfect for families visiting Tokyo Disney. Three machine laundry made life easy as well, connected to TV in room, so no guessing when the load is done.

Everything. I think the hotel is perfect for me. Location is very near with Urayashu Station Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. Only 5 minutes walk. Not covered by JR Pass, but you can use Suica or Pasmo. I really love the surounding. Far from hustle of tokyo (30 minutes to Tokyo Station). Perfect for family who want to visit Disneyland until the last performance. A lot of store just in walking distance. I mean a lot because you can find : Lawson in 1st floor, , 7/11 and Family Mart in front off station, and Local Supermarket in front of the hotel. I bought new shoes here to change my shoes because my feet hurt in the first day because of it. And i bought many kind of japanese strowberry. Restorant near McD, Wendys, Japanese, chinese, ramen even italian cafe in the corner. Just perfect for my type of holiday. The room is spacious and very clean.. A lot of space. Complete amenities, toileteries, very very very clean towel. The team is very polite and helpful. I love them in the first sight. They have litle playground for your kids playing before check in. I went to Disneyland until 10 pm and back to the hotel by taxi. Only for 2.400 Yen for 5 family member. If you want to take a bus, you can use a bus and the stop is near the hotel.

The reception staff are very kind and helpful. I always had a good impression during my stay at the hotel. Breakfast is very nutritious and tasty. Being on the beach, I liked the atmosphere and environment very much. I will book your hotel again next time I travel.

We really enjoyed the hotel's staff. Being so close to disney and the dino related theme was a plus for us. The human staff was nice too. Perfect if you want to visit disney and have an affordable place to stay.

Very convenient bus transfers from/to Narita Airport. Around Shin Urayasu station, there is a wide array of stores, supermarket and restaurants. And best, just one station away to Tokyo Disneyland although the hotel offers free shuttle service

We stayed at the Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay near Disney Sea for its convenience. It was a wonderful hotel with an elaborate breakfast. We loved the lounge for drinks and small bites. The amenities were great. (pyjamas, chocolates, slippers personal care items) We ate only at the hotel or disney sea, a 5 minute walk to the train. Wish the train had been free but it wasn't. Highly recommended

You can't visit Japan and not go to Disneyland/Disneysea! The parks are fantastic, the attractions lots of fun, and the attention to details are off the charts. Lots of places to eat, and spots to rest and catch your breath. The shops have everything you can think of to take home as beautiful souvenirs. We stayed at Hotel Okura Tokyo Bay, which is next to Disneysea. And the Maihama Station connects to other trains so that you can expand your visit to other areas outside the Disney Resort. We took trains to Shinjuku to wander around and shop - it was so easy, and then we returned to our comfortable hotel. A thoroughly enjoyable vacation time for our family,

The trip was for Disney so we didnt go to other places...

The trip was for Disney so we didnt go to other places really. We ate at Red Lobster, I was disappointed because they didnt have Crab Legs! They had a weak shrimp cocktail with uncleaned shrimp and i had to ask them to remove the shrimp shell. We went to a mall and that was ok, tho getting from ground level to the main floor we had to carry our wagon up stairs, there was no escalator from street to first floor, a minor setback. Navigating to the mall calls for walking through a few buildings zig zagging, again a small setback. oh yea and its cold. Overall the trip was a 8/10 next time if we get a slightly bigger hotell it will be 9/10!

Location was perfect due to being very close to the train...

Location was perfect due to being very close to the train station and that area had so many food and drink spot that was super affordable and was delicious. Staff was so friendly and professional and answered all our questions/needs. Breakfast was simple yet filling and delicious. 10/10 would/will stay here again in the future Japan trip!

Very tranquil place.

Very tranquil place. The closeness to the sea gives a nice afternoon breeze. Shops where you can find things you could have never imagined to find! The Urayasu station offer many shops with lots of food choices.
