The breakfast was good. The hotel is located right outside the Wakoshi station which is hugely convenient for travellers. Convenience stores, Starbucks, restaurants, clothing stores and whatnot are all in close vicinity to the hotel which gives you everything you want at your fingertips. The English speaking and friendly staff made everything a lot easier.

The location was great , beautiful view in front of Train station near everything you may need.

The hotel was perfect for our stay. We had a long term stay - 11 days - so that we could visit family and see Tokyo. Although the hotel is quite a distance from the centre of Tokyo, it is only a short walk to Hikarigaoka train station and therefore provided easy access to all of Tokyo. The room was excellent. It was large with a table, sofa, desk and large bed. Great for an extended stay. There were many very good restaurants within walking distance. The bathrooms facilities were excellent with everything that we might need. The breakfast, supplied at extra cost, excellent offering Japanese and western food. The staff at the hotel were all superb. They were helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and plan to return to this hotel on our next visit to Japan.

Great hotel located just 20-40 minutes by train away from most of Tokyo's top tourist attractions. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is incredibly friendly. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an affordable place to explore Tokyo.

The hotel has everything our basic necessities, like microwave, vending machine, washing and dryer machine, wood spoon and fork, ice cube , very close to akabane station, ita was perfect stay there with my 7 families member. The check in process is easy too.

The staff is very professional yet very warm and make you feel welcome. Thoughtful with children. Free access to the beautiful onsen, the room was small but comfortable and very clean. Only 1 minute away from the train station, convenience store across the road.

Very clean and large bed for japanese standards. Also, we had to leave 1 day earlier and the hotel agreed to return the costs for the last night, even though the booking was non refundable. It was very kind from their side.

Breakfast was very good, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were patient, I don't speak Japanese but there was no problem, the staff spoke Japanese, and the guide on the TV was also available in English. There is parking available at a reasonable rate.
