The breakfast was good. The hotel is located right outside the Wakoshi station which is hugely convenient for travellers. Convenience stores, Starbucks, restaurants, clothing stores and whatnot are all in close vicinity to the hotel which gives you everything you want at your fingertips. The English speaking and friendly staff made everything a lot easier.

The location was great , beautiful view in front of Train station near everything you may need.

The hotel was perfect for our stay. We had a long term stay - 11 days - so that we could visit family and see Tokyo. Although the hotel is quite a distance from the centre of Tokyo, it is only a short walk to Hikarigaoka train station and therefore provided easy access to all of Tokyo. The room was excellent. It was large with a table, sofa, desk and large bed. Great for an extended stay. There were many very good restaurants within walking distance. The bathrooms facilities were excellent with everything that we might need. The breakfast, supplied at extra cost, excellent offering Japanese and western food. The staff at the hotel were all superb. They were helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and plan to return to this hotel on our next visit to Japan.

Didn't realise this was a love hotel when I booked, was a bit cautious once I realised but aside from the unusual check in vibes (hidden faces, next to no speaking) it was like a normal hotel. By Japanese standards this was a big big room, nice and clean - massive bed, modern huge tv - epic spa. Better than anywhere else I've stayed for the same sort of price.

Excellent location 3 minutes walk from Kita-Asaka Station, and many cheap and quality restaurants and shops around the station.

Loved the area. Staff was very helpful. Loving how we could borrow a hair iron, umbrellas and pjs. Rooms very small and beds were harder than I expected however we did get use to it and had a great sleep. Rooms very quiet and lots of lovely places to eat & so much shopping all in walking distance. The area is extremely safe and has a beautiful kind, calm relaxed atmosphere.

Great location, very near to Akabane Station. Because of it, sound of trains may get heard into room but earplugs are available for free. Friendly staff, the front desk staff gave me some Japanese snacks when I was checking in. Breakfast was surprisingly good. I tried both the Japanese and Western sets and they are very delicious.

Room and bathroom was more spacious than usual japan hotels. Some staff spoke English which was very helpful. All staff were friendly and welcoming. We very much enjoyed our stay and it was at an an affordable price. Thank you!

Clean and well looked after, exactly as described and in the images, staff took very good care of the room and constantly topped up any amenities required

Staff are delightful. When I stayed in September 2023, the room was very warm despite it being 10 degrees outside. We had the window open but still couldnt get the room to cool down.

The location is great close to the train station (around 5 minutes' walk). If you have the heavy luggage, you need to go for exit C6 as there will be an elevator for you. Staff is friendly. The room has a good size, good facilities provided (there is also a washing machine inside the room). Really comfortable for the staying than 1-day. The price is value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered a good variety of options. The hotel's location was excellent—convenient, easily accessible, and close to major attractions and amenities. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

Breakfast was very good, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were patient, I don't speak Japanese but there was no problem, the staff spoke Japanese, and the guide on the TV was also available in English. There is parking available at a reasonable rate.

Location is very reasonable with transportation. Within the vicinity are various conveniece stores and especially rare being food supermarkets! Staffs are very helpful, speaks quite well English and offer a lot of additional help woth the stay. Rooms are spacious enough, with enough essentials

Clean and very comfy room. Humidifier, awesome bed! Free breakfast was exceptional!
