The hotel is well placed, right outside Ageo station

Good location, near shopping street, a lot of food and shopping mall around, near the train station. Staff was nice and helpful, they can speak English well.

The location to the railway station and the venue where I was attending meetings. The facilities, the breakfast and great complimentary coffee! Added bonus was that the room window opened.

The staff at the front counter were very kind and polite. Our room was perfect and had everything we needed and more. We were very impressed with the hot spring and were lucky that we were the only ones using it that evening. The location is good if you are arriving by train to Omiya. The main street has everything you need including a fantastic udon restaurant!

The hotel has an excellent location near Omiya Station. The room was clean and there was a washing machine and dryer on almost every floor. I stayed on the fifth floor which also had different vending machines for beverages and snacks. It was also nice that there were three 7eleven stores within a 2 minute walking distance from the hotel. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, even though not all spoke English. After checking out I was also able to leave my luggage at the hotel for 90 minutes, so I could run some last errands before moving to my hotel next to Narita Airport.

I could see the cherry blossom. That was special.

Modern clean hotel about 100m from Omiya train station. Great facilities, including onsen Staff very professional and courteous

The staffs are very helpful and supportive.

The breakfast package is good. If APA can consider separating a special package for halal meat and chicken food, I would really appreciate the kindness as a muslim customer.

Great location, excellent staff, room size

Staff are friendly and food was great.

Loved this stay, the room was sooooo big. Plenty of room to open your luggages and exercise if you need to. The view was incredible. The bathrooms was luxurious. Loved this midcentury aesthetic stay. About a 10 minute walk to the station, roof protected which is great when its raining, that is also connected to a mall! The best was that the neighborhood was really quiet, you didnt feel the chaotic energy of the city Convenient convenience store at the second floor.

Did not expect that the location was so comfortable The room clean and the bfast was so goooood The lift has glasses through out so it make comfortable, everything in the room was so hi tech 😁 Thank you Toyoko Inn

Extremely large room with a big flat smart-screen TV. Big, comfortable bed and many amenities including a kettle, coffee maker, and two fridges plus a microwave. The highlight though was the bathroom with double sinks and the cozy jacuzzi with another tv. It felt extremely luxurious, and all of that for under ¥7000 for one night? Crazy. The breakfast was a nice touch too. Nothing special but convenient.

Great place, loved the hot tub, large room. Convenient location for stopping for a night before exploring saitama.

Location is great, about a 7-minute walk from train station - when taking west exit from station, walk along the skywalk (1 level up), through Sogo Dept Store, then down onto street level, you'll see the hotel. Plenty of amenities, restaurants around. New, great staff, comfortable, clean, spacious (especially the bathroom).

Excellent bed and great locations! Very comfortable and great spa facilities. Excellent price and room co.pared to ueno candeo!

Very cheap and in a cool (if seedy) part of Omiya. Right next to station!

Location (near to the Saitama Arena)
