The room was super clean, nice shower with good water pressure. The bed was a bit harder than we prefer, but it was comfortable enough. The garden adjecent to lodges is beautiful and Eugene loves to tell about all the plants. The breakfast was amazing, with a delicious French quality croissant, fruit platter and great coffee :)

We really felt at home and would love to come back.

Soriya and Joffrey were consistently thoughtful and attentive, and we appreciated the care they put into making our visit smooth and comfortable. Interaction with Daniel and three sweet dogs added to the homey experience. The breakfasts were very generous, we especially loved the smoked duck breast. Joffrey’s homemade pineapple jam was my husband’s favorite. The location was excellent — convenient for getting around while still feeling tucked away. The homestay was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax after long days out. For the quality of the accommodation and the overall experience, the value was outstanding. We rented a moto from them during our stay and took a couple of tours with Soriya’s tuk-tuk. During the tours, Soriya took the time to guide us through local customs, including how to make offerings at the pagodas, which added meaningful context to our visit. Overall, a comfortable, quiet, well-located stay with great value. We’re glad we chose this homestay and would happily return. Highly recommended.

The family who run Coco guesthouse made us feel so genuinely cared for. They took us on a great tour one day and helped us to organize transport to the islands- even ensuring that we had water bottles when we left! The food is also amazing and cheaper than in town. Staying across the bridge provided us with a more genuine experience to see how life for the locals in Kampot is, far more so than the expat filled centre. But don’t worry it’s only a few minutes walk across the bridge to reach the centre.
