We recommend this place to those who want a lot of peace and quiet. This place is completely managed by an individual. It is very nice and clean. We stayed for one night. The rooms with a very nice breakfast were very clean. Everything was perfect. The beach is within walking distance so you have a way to go. We recommend this place to spend your holiday happily.

Very comfortable and modern room - with both AC and fan, also some insect repellent devices in place and a fridge. Super nice and big bed. Semi outdoor bathroom with a lot of privacy - a great shower experience. Good breakfast as well, and very nice staff. The place is located between two great beaches - Pasikuda and Kalkudah.

We had a wonderfull stay with a wonderfull breakfast. The place is super tidy and the host is very very friendly. She showed us around her garden and was always there for any question we had. We would come back!

Super clean. The kids could play in the garden. Super friendly family and easy to communicate with. We stayed 2 nights and went to Passukudah beach. Advice to have dinner and breakfast because they cook great.

awesome place with extraordinary service. the garden pavillon was great it had a spacious living/sleeping room and outdoor bathroom which was still sheltered. the beach area is a perfect spot to relax and swim in shallow ocean or watch the sunset. pool is great too and very clean. for lunch and dinner you can order a la carte, if there’s enough occupation of rooms there will be buffet for 6k LKR. special thanks to our attentive waiter Gehan!
