Super clean. The kids could play in the garden. Super friendly family and easy to communicate with. We stayed 2 nights and went to Passukudah beach. Advice to have dinner and breakfast because they cook great.

awesome place with extraordinary service. the garden pavillon was great it had a spacious living/sleeping room and outdoor bathroom which was still sheltered. the beach area is a perfect spot to relax and swim in shallow ocean or watch the sunset. pool is great too and very clean. for lunch and dinner you can order a la carte, if there’s enough occupation of rooms there will be buffet for 6k LKR. special thanks to our attentive waiter Gehan!

We had a great stay at Blue Sands Beach Resort in Kalkudah. From the balcony, you can see Kalkudah beach which is very quiet and almost no people there (but cows). Within 15min of walking you can reach Pasikudah Beach. The room was very clean and comfortable and we really appreciated the fridge to cool down our drinks. The staff was really really friendly and attentive and the Sri Lankan breakfast was the best we got in Sri Lanka so far! Also portions were huge. Can only recommend!

We stayed in the cabin which was massive and extremely comfortable. Great bed, fridge, shower was ok too. Lovely balcony. The remoteness suited us. Probably better if u have transport as you are a bit isolated but food and drink are available. The rustic beach has poop on it from the cows and goats that pass but it didn’t offend us, we liked watching them. Great to watch the fishermen too. We loved it.
