They have a small gym. Pool was great. Would have loved to stay longer at this beutiful hotel.

Also ate dinner at the restaurant which was convenient and good. 100% recommend - would love to go back !

Yakaduru Yala is located on the buffer Zone of Yala National Park. It's just 5 minutes away from the Yala National Park Entrance. Yakaduru is renowned for its architecture and tourism, where guest can stay in properties built by Mud and palm thatched roofing. Yakaduru Yala runs on renewable energy sources, and features free WiFi, on-site parking and a barbecue facility. We stayed 2 nights there, had an amazing time. Much thanks for the Nishantha and his staff. This locates in the buffer zone of the Yala natioanl park. So its in the nature, be ready for that, you might see some wild cats and other small animals in the surroundings. They arranged a safary ride for us, we went with Kalindu and was excellent, he knows some uncommon places. We were able to see specially elephants, bear, sambar deers, fox and finally the leopard. Nishantha has a great knowledge about animals, if u have time try to arrage a walking tour with him. He will show and explain about animals A to Z. Overall it was a memorable experience and learnt about the nature. Again much thanks for Kalindu, Nishantha and his whole staff.

Good Karma Hotel is about 17 km from Mulgirigala Rock Temple. It is about an hour's drive from Mattala Rajapakse International Airport and Yala National Park. Bandaranaike International Airport is a 4-hour, 30-minute drive away. The private pool with the big room and outside sitting area are beautiful and giving the real holiday feeling. All staff members are extremely helpfull and very friendly. The last night dinner at the beach was nice and enjoyable. The atmosphere is very relaxing. We have enjoyed our days in Sri Lanka and would like to thank Good Karma for the pleasant stay.

Amazing wildlife roaming around, super clean and the owner was so lovely and helpful. He cooked us dinner both nights which was so so nice and also washed our clothes for us. There was a good breakfast and a lot of restaurants close by for convenience. Definitely head to the ancient temples close by. It's right next to the lake so it was very relaxing for my family.
