The Golden Crown Hotel is a 5-star hotel located in Ampitya, Kandy, Srilanka. We had a wonderful experience at The Golden Crown Hotel in Kandy. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was truly impressive. A special mention to Ms. Kaveesha, who was extremely supportive, cooperative, and went out of her way to make our stay smooth and comfortable. She personally showed us the room and guided us on many things during our stay. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a stunning view of the surrounding hills. The location of the hotel is about 5 km from the main town, but that makes it even more peaceful and beautiful. The property is surrounded by lush greenery, and in the morning, the sound of birds chirping adds a magical, natural charm. It truly feels like staying in the heart of nature. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention too – it had a wide spread with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, this hotel perfectly balances comfort, natural beauty, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kandy.

The facilities and the staffs were amazing! They fulfilled all our requests. It was not easy with a 2 year old baby, but they supported with their maximum capacity.

We stayed at BYLAKE Kandy for one night but it was a lovely experience! The hotel is really nice and the rooms have a lovely clean, fresh interior! The bed was super comfy, the shower was great and we even had a little balcony! We had the breakfast in the morning and this was delicious, they were able to accommodate our early start which was great! Overall, would 100% recommend. The location is perfect and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They helped us to book and arrange taxis for our next two destinations which we greatly appreciated!
