Great accommodation experiences come from great hosts. This was totally the case with everyone in this property. The owner and his wife are friendly people with good heart. The food there was delicious and everybody was greeting us with a smile.

We really enjoyed the clean and nice pool. The rooms were very specios and tidy. Roy and Cinthi provided delicious great food for us. We had a great and relaxing stay there.

The hotel is placed very close to the beach with a lot of calm. The owner and staff is very friendly and serviceminded. The rooms are large and luxurious. The food is very delicious. This is a must visit place for calm and self indulgence.

Really cool tree house rooms on the peninsula. The host and cook is amazing and he makes delicious meals. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom is partially open air which was really cool. The hammocks and tables made it a peaceful haven. The pool was still being made when I went but it will be a really nice addition. I highly recommend this place.

Roshan, his family and their staff were delightful hosts. Very helpful and organised our Safari at Wilpattu National Park which is only a few minutes drive away and our transfer back to Negombo the next day. We had a beautiful, lunch, dinner and breakfast prepared for us which was some of the best food we ate during our entire trip. The room was clean, attractive and comfortable.

The staff are great, really friendly and helpful. The food, location and staff at the on site restaurant and bar were all great. Really recommend Windy Waves Kite Beach Resort.

The rooms are nice, the people are absolutely friendly, helpful, thoughtful and top when it comes to organizing anything. Very reliable. The food is amazing as is tea and coffee. The place is so tranquil and beautiful. The place to stay!
