Roze Villa ligger i en byggnad från 1896 i en park vid stranden, cirka 300 meter från Östersjön i ett historiskt område i Liepaja. Här finns elegant boende med stilfulla möbler. The pastel blue and green rooms with retro interior attracted my attention and it indeed looked like in the pictures! The room was cozy, bathroom was spacious, drink selection was wide. There's a Georgian restaurant attached to the hotel that serves good wine. Great location - Kūrmājas prospekts (one of the most interesting streets in Liepāja) and the seaside park right at the doorstep! Sauna is always a bonus when we're searching for an accommodation, and this one was like a private lounge room for a symbolic extra fee. Definitely would stay again!

Boutique Hotel Virkas muiža är omgivet av en park och dalen vid floden Venta. Staff was very attentive and always ready to make our stay enjoyable and worry-free. Beginning with the receptionist who cheerfully greeted us upon entering and escorted us through the hotel to familiarize us with the hotel features and amenities and then led us to our room. A second receptionist warmly translated my parking citation (expensive 40€ lesson in parking sign interpretation) so that I could grudgingly but quickly pay the penalty online with a wire transfer from my US bank. The room was fantastic, large, well appointed, comfortable sofa, comfortable bed, coffee and tea, and well laid out bathroom. Loved it. The breakfast featured scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, various breads and pastries, fresh vegetables, cheeses, porridge, coffee and a wide choice of teas. Breakfast room staff was quickly clearing tables and keeping the buffet well stocked.

Pet friendly, great parking, tasty breakfast and a spa. The nearby town was also great to spend time in and all the staff in the hotel were friendly.
