The breakfast was very good! All the food tasted like it was freshly made. There was a huge variety of dry meat,hams,sausages,cheeses like gorgonzola,freshly baked pastries,you name it....plus a ton of different sweets with real condiments like Nutella,Eurocream etc. The swimming pool is great,you can buy cold beers in the restaurant and enjoy them by the pool.

Guesthouse is located about 3.5 k from Old Town & bus station but it’s a few min walk to Long beach This part of town has a more local feel with expats visiting their home town. there are private combi buses to & from Old Town. About 2 euro each way. This family are amazing and honest. As female travelers we felt safe and comfortable. The rooms are snug but very clean & comfy. We appreciate the effort put into providing such a nice space for travelers The dad picked us up at the bus station and gave us a ride to the bank another day. He didn’t ask for payment but he definitely earned and deserved a gratuity. Very thoughtful family.

The room had a sea view and the balcony was equipped with chairs, table and umbrella to enjoy some sea breeze even on a sunny day. Good parking space by the house, which is located short distance away from the buzz of the city promenade. Price is very reasonable for the high level of comfort, cleanness and friendly attitude. Our stay was so pleasant that after unexpectedly coming back to Ulcinj couple days after our first stay, we chose this accommodation again.

Modern construction and furnishings - like new, very spacious, quiet area, close to few small shops, very good internet, very neat and clean, parking available, terrace, air conditioning in both rooms. Last but not least, the freshly prepared breakfast- included in the price - was awesome. We loved fresh made pastry, especially the sweet ones 😋😋😋. The stuff was very helpful and the breakfast personnel were so sweet to prepare various things for us to make us happy. We found it was an excellent value for money and a pleasure to stay there.
