Hotel La Antigua is the best hotel we’ve stayed at in San Cristóbal de las Casas. Four days as a family, and what stood out most was the incredible service. Whether it was the morning or night reception, the staff was attentive to both our daughters' needs and our own peace of mind. We ended up needing to extend our stay, last minute, and they made it completely seamless—no unnecessary questions asked, just helpful and efficient. Location is great, not too far from centro (You can either take a taxi or a bus) also quite close to the Palenque Archeological Site. Stunning! The place is near the main road but you wouldn’t know. It’s pretty quiet. It also has a pool.
