The whole place is just so cute. You come inside and smell the Jasmin flowers. We arrived at 5 in the morning from the night bus and one of the ladies working there welcomed us very friendly. The several courtyards are wonderfully decorated and there are several places to sit - in the shade but also on terraces. The women in the kitchen are just amazingly warm people, greeting you with a smile and even preparing breakfast for you at 4 in the morning. The staff is incredibly helpful and tries to find a solution for everything - one of them walked with us around in the neighborhood to find an open lavanderia on a Sunday. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would recommend is to bring a hot water bottle as it can get cold at night - but this is just because I am a person that gets cold easily.

The rooms are clean, and there’s a small but well-equipped gym with a treadmill, bike, elliptical, and some dumbbells. Breakfast is nice, though I wish they had ketchup! Secure parking is available. The security guard was especially helpful, friendly, and spoke English. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk didn’t speak English, but she was still very kind and welcoming. Overall, a great stay.

Parador Margarita is just steps from a wide range of museums, shopping, nightlife and restaurants. The city's main bus station is just minutes away. The hotel also features transportation services to destinations in the Chiapas. The hotel was so comfortable and clean. It had big comfy beds, beautiful courtyard and very friendly staff. They made up room every day which was so good, and the shower had great pressure and consistent hot water. The location is pretty good, short around 5-10 min stroll into central and was super quiet. There was 24/7 security and reception which is great for early tours and filtered water to refill bottles. They also let us check in very early after a night bus (we arrived at around 8 am) for no extra charge which was awesome.
