Accommodation in Tapachula

The rooms were clean and well laid out. No kettle or coffee facilities in the room so we actually went out and bought a kettle.

Price is little bit high in such small town.

The decor of not only our room but of the whole hotel was fantastic. We spent some time relaxing in the outdoor area including the pool, surrounded by tall lush plants. The restaurant was closed in the evening which wasn't a problem as there are lots of places to eat just down the road. It was open at breakfast but we only had coffee so I can't comment on the food. The coffee though was amazing. A pour over that was smooth, hot, not bitter and had lots of flavour. Heaven. I know, you can't base going to a hotel just because they serve a good coffee but I had to mention it. Staff were helpful and pleasant but zero English. You know it is a Spanish speaking country so between our very bad Spanish and patience we all figured it out. Actually it was fun. So, probably one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in where you feel you have just won the lottery and picked a real winner. Oh, and as a bonus the room was nice and quiet. No street noise.

Thank you for all professional staff.

Good wifi. Lovely soft clean sheets and towels. Beds were really comfortable and room was spotless.

I only spent here one night, but that was great, the room and bathroom were clean and spacious. it’s really close to the center, cafes and restaurants. The staff was helpful and kind, i enjoyed staying here.

It is only suitable for sleeping during the trip, since the hotel itself is far from the city center.

Even though it's old, everything is clean.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was plentiful, the staff were helpful, the hotel was walking distance to lots of restaurants and coffee shops and the pool area was great.

The front desk staff, the housekeeping staff were all excellent. Very helpful, and very willing to respond to any request. I liked having the coffee maker in the room, as I am an early riser. The restaurant was wonderful, the satff in the restaurant, were all polite, helpful, and you could not finish a cup of coffee, before it was filled back up again. Overall a wonderful experience.

The only good thing about the hotel was that the bed was big (a bed for 2 people).

The room was very comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect - very convenient with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. There’s an oxxo right next to the hotel.

Really kind and accommodating staff. Room was basic but nice and clean. Location is great, I felt safe.

24hr front desk was ace as coach came in really early. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Great for one night stay.
