I had a large room with a waterfall shower, all spotlessly clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great with a huge selection of options, and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful - I had so many cups of tea!! Easy check in and check out, and a late check out too which was great as I had an afternoon flight. Super close to the metro (5 minute walk) which made getting to/from Terminal 1 super easy with one change of metro line. And a 10-15 minute walk to the Zocalo so a little outside the historic centre, but with the metro to the Zocalo etc, you could get there in minutes. All up, an incredible stay with great staff - thank you!

Maria Rico Hotel is an excellent venue for a relaxed stay, close to where we were going (Universidad Panamericana Mixcoac), with easy access and incredible speed and agility for check-in and check-out. The hotel is simple but comfortable, clean and has everything you need. Highly recommended!!!

Location is great, bang in the middle of the historic centre, short walk to the zocalo and cathedral. It felt very safe and I arrived at midnight - 16 min drive from the airport at that time and 20 min to the airport at 8:30 am by Uber, overall great - Room didn’t have a view but I didn’t mind as I was staying just for a few hours, room was very clean, confortable and had a coffee machine and coffee + water, plus a coffee & tea station at the reception for all guests for free. I was given a complementary buffet breakfast that was very nice and very Mexican, lots of good stuff there. T Enrique at the reception was friendly and very helpful, as well as the other members of staff. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Mx . Totally recommended. The top terrace offers you great views of the city and Torre Latinoamericana.

Everything is perfect. The suite is big enough with well equipped kitchen and bathroom, even has laundry machine. Super clean. Nothing to complain. The neighborhood is safe and charming with a lot of nice restaurants and bars. A little bit distant to attractions, need to get Uber to other zones, also means you’re away from crowds and noises. Most importantly, the staffs are very friendly and helpful , and can speak good English. One reception staff, I don’t know his name, when I was facing big conflict with local travel agency, he offered a lot help and problem resolved perfectly .

Amazing position to visit the city. Really nice and always available staff. They add value to the hotel!! The breakfast was very tasty, my room was extremely clean. (And I am really demanding about cleanliness.) And what can I say about the free food and drink at the bar? Brilliant. The best place to stay in Mexico City. Can't wait to come back!
