Accommodation in Mexico City

Very central to the airport and the walkway makes it easy when you land. The reception is straight through the walkway so there is no need to walk outside

If you want to stay in the Centro Historico, this hotel is a great choice. The hotel itself is modern and were given a newly refurbished room with all the mod cons and even a drinking water tap in the bathroom (and help-yourself ice in the corridor outside our room). The paid-for breakfast (about £11 pp) was great—usual good hotel buffet selection and you can order a la carte eggs at no extra cost—with lashings of topped-up coffee. On check-out day, they looked after our cases so we could explore before getting a late evening flight. All-in-all, a great hotel with nothing to fault it.

Comfortable beds, great view (towards the airport), generally friendly staff (esp at Concierge), perfect downtown location Staff at check-in seemed a bit unengaged at times and queues were building up at the front desk so you would rather not go there if you had a question or a problem There's huge works in progress in the back of the hotel so this will probaby cause a lot of noise (it already did during my stay) for a long time and starting early morning hours. The air conditioning was not working well which could become reason to not choose this hotel in summer months. I hope they get this fixed because I actually really liked the hotel a lot and would hate to be forced to look for an alternative

Perfect location and very clean.

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel in NH Hotel because it offered exceptional comfort and service. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Its location was perfect for exploring the city's vibrant culture and landmarks, adding even more value to my stay.

If you've been to other InterContinental hotels you know the level of quality to expect, it is up to it's reputation - very accommodating personnel, clean and well organised room, and we particularly liked the mattresses. We had a room with a very lovely city view, especially of the sunrise!

A quiet hotel comfortable and clean, the staff is super nice, food is good

The location is 10/10 - You can access to the main street and surrender by restaurant, bars, banks, shopping centre and public transport. My room is on level 22, and it was quite in the evening. Facility is 10/10 - Shower is hot, and water flow is beyond my expectations!!!! Value is 10/10 - it is not a big hotel chain, but it meets all my expectations.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walking to Insurgentes metro station. Markets and cafes are near. Everything is super clean. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Stayed here a few times. Close to the airport and archivo general (national archive). Rooms are clean and in great condition. Free and secure parking. Good breakfast. Restaurant in the evening is fine as there’s not much else nearby in the evening. Free coffee available at all times.

The value for money was excellent and was in great location .easily accessible to all the well known attractions.

The location and cleanliness are excellent. Staff is very much attentive and co-operative. very easily accessible by walk... The beds are very comfortable and you can get your privacy.... inside capsule bed i didn't think of getting TV.... excellent

Nice hotel with nice staff willing to help you. This means good service. The room has good space, good bed and it is clean. And internet works without problems. The free parking place helps a lot, and you can count on parking service. It is a good value for money and I recommend for those who needs a hotel around the Satelite region in Mexico City.

I had an amazing stay! The reception team is super friendly and helpful. Thank you again, for helping me! I had a quite room and had a good rest, which I badly needed it! I loved the size of the room and felt like a little princess! ;)

Nice place to stay, nice kitchen, bathrooms and of course good bed.

People excellent. Muy buenas personas restaurante, recamareras, bellboys y recepción. We stayed, but did not get a restaurant coupon. I don’t know why. The water got stucked on the tub, but drained slowly. Everything was great. Thanks.

Berakfast is amazing at a wonderful location. 24 hour cafe is pretty good option to get food and driks whenever you want.
