The staff was awesome everyone from the sécurity , host at the desk , Cook and Bartender. Good job Alice , Ruben , David ! And thanks for the senior at the desk and the security guy who helps me to extend my stay by walking me the bank late during the night

Everything. But the room had a cup on the sink and the basket of the toilet paper was half full from other’s people trash.

First stop on our trip to Mexico, we had a front facing room so we could see out over Reforma, see the Angel and watch part of the day of the dead parade from our room. Comfortable bed, clean and spacious room, perfect location for exploring the city!

Staff was great, doorman always available to open the door, the location is great, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The lighting system makes the room very cozy. The black out curtains work very well. Bathroom and shower are very good size. Towel service amazing, fresh towels everyday. Staff is always happy to help, they welcome you with a smile and impeccable manners for any request I had.Kitchen is a perfect size, comes with kitchen accessories. Reliable WiFi.

The electricity went out in the neighborhood on the first afternoon we arrived. We left the hotel without spending a single night. The woman in the reception brought our two suitcases down for us . Staircase was dark. She insisted on paying a driver to take us to another hotel. The hotel was wonderful. We would stay there again, they could not have been any kinder or more helpful.

This hotel has a helpful and friendly reception and security team, i love everything in it, it has gym and free laundry room.

Excellent location, quiet at night, comfortable bed, nice shower, equipped kitchen. You have everything you could need. Even filtered water.

I have now stayed at this location 3 times when visiting Mexico City. Even though I understand very little Spanish I have always been welcome and had my needs met at this place. When my flight had a very late arrival the 24 hour desk staff were kindly able to check me in at any hour. I intend to stay here again for future visits. The apartments have also been larger than expected with a kitchen included etc.

Wonderful stay at Nido Parque. Location is perfect with many amenities and restaurants within walking distant. The apartment was well furnished, clean and overall a pleasant stay. Communication with staff was prompt and helpful through the booking.com message portal. Perfect for couples and for first-time travellers to Mexico City.

Close to Airport as we were flying out very early the next morning. The room was very modern, clean & comfortable. There was a little road noise but it didn’t bother us. Roco and Fernando, our Hosts, were fantastic. Easy to organize airport shuttle from and to Airport. They recommended a local Taqueria and the food was great. Definitely stay there again.

Great place in a top location, literally <5m walking to the angel de la independencia. Good spot to explore the city from. The rooms were clean and modern.
