Self Catering Accommodation in Mexico City

Nice room equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The roof terrace was nice and location was excellent.

Outstanding and nothing bad about it. Everything from check-in until check-out was perfect. The room size was perfect and comfy, the washroom was the best, and the kitchenette made it even better. I stayed for holidays with my family, but I would go back anytime even for work, wifi worked extremely well. I would recommend anyone to stay at the Krystal Grand Suites Insurgentes.

The bed was extra comfy! The cleaning was 10/10. The staff were super friendly, especially Karen, who gave me amazing tips about the city. I also loved the green tea shower amenities, more on the clean/natural side.

Everything. But the room had a cup on the sink and the basket of the toilet paper was half full from other’s people trash.

Have stayed here many times over the years and always enjoy my stay. Very clean, comfortable and well-maintained property. Excellent location and soundproof rooms.

Everything was fabulous. The staff were so kind, welcoming and helpful. The location is fantastic. The area is safe, lively, there are lots of restaurants and cafes around, great traditional food and vibe in general. We loved and appreciated that our suite was ready although we booked it only two hours before showing up. They also kept our things while we explored the city next day after check in.

This hotel has a helpful and friendly reception and security team, i love everything in it, it has gym and free laundry room.

Very good apartment and comfortable. The best location and price.

Very nice location and modern facility. Lots of nice cafes in the area. Friendly reception. A little noisy in the hallway when other guests walk through at night so better use earplugs. Otherwise perfect. It is not a huge room so if more than two people it might be too small for a long stay.

The hotel was perfect for us. The bed was extremely comfortable, AC is quite good, room is very clean. The mini kitchen is really useful too.

I have now stayed at this location 3 times when visiting Mexico City. Even though I understand very little Spanish I have always been welcome and had my needs met at this place. When my flight had a very late arrival the 24 hour desk staff were kindly able to check me in at any hour. I intend to stay here again for future visits. The apartments have also been larger than expected with a kitchen included etc.
