Amazing hotel! They have free snacks which is so nice in the morning or when you’re in a rush to leave, and also their gym was so good to keep in shape while travelling. The staff was incredible, super attentive and nice :) The room was super clean and was perfect. Location wise, it couldn’t have been better. There’s a really nice brunch place called Nice Day Coffee beside the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment, clean and well decorated. It had everything we needed, the kitchen is compact but has everything. The beds are big and comfortable and the pillows are made of soft goose feathers. The furniture is very comfortable too, everything perfectly planned. On the hoof top we had a great view of Centro Histórico, where I believe is the best place to stay in Mexico City. Also on the hoof top there is a washing and drying machine for guests (we don’t have to pay to use it, only take your own machine soap). We surely will stay at Zielo again if we come back to Mexico City.

A very large apartment right in the heart of Mexico City. Communication was fast and Jose Antonio at reception was so kind and a pleasure to talk to. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed. I would highly recommend this as the perfect option for staying in Mexico City. Many thanks for helping to make our stay so memorable.

Close to Airport as we were flying out very early the next morning. The room was very modern, clean & comfortable. There was a little road noise but it didn’t bother us. Roco and Fernando, our Hosts, were fantastic. Easy to organize airport shuttle from and to Airport. They recommended a local Taqueria and the food was great. Definitely stay there again.

Very spacious, well-mantained and clean apartment with all the necessary furniture and utensils. Great bedrooms with their own toilet and shower. It was very straightforward to check-in and check-out, and the host (Octavio) was super nice and friendly, which made our stay a stress-free experience. The location is very convenient, fairly quiet, close to a lot of shops and close to the main avenues. It is also a fairly safe area. Definitely my favorite stay during my trip in Mexico City, my whole family loved it.
