Loved the spacious room, great layout; it was a game-changer; specially with 3 younger kids. The trams to get to restaurants and pools were always available, loved having all the different restaurant options for meals within Vidanta World. Easy to get to the waterpark. We brought our strollers and didn't need them!

Great apartment, very well situated (close to the bus station, and has everything you need for a short stay! Very comfortable. Host was excellent and kind, brought us blankets when it got colder, recommended local restaurants and communicated very well with us.

I booked this place out of convenience - but the owner Samantha was so helpful and made my stay really memorable. She was patient when I had difficulties contacting her after landing in Cancún, let me store my luggage after check out and gave great advice on where to eat and how to get around. The bed was also one of the most comfortable I've stayed in ever. If I come back to Cancún, I would preferentially stay here again. Thank you so much Samantha.

Everything was perfect, there was absolutely nothing to complain about. The property is finished to a very high standard, it’s a renovated building, so everything feels brand new, from the bathrooms and rooms to the furniture. The equipment is modern yet very tasteful. The bed is large and extremely comfortable. The overall design is modern, cozy, and very clean. Another important detail: the water is not just warm but properly hot. There are also plenty of towels provided, which is especially convenient for personal care, something that can be particularly appreciated by women 😉 The location is ideal, in the safest central area. In my opinion, it’s a better choice than staying in older hotels in Cancun, those may be closer to the beach, but they’re far from the city center, where you’ll find cafés, shops, pharmacies, transport, and a wide variety of food options. Everything is right nearby, including a shopping mall and a large supermarket. Despite being so central, the place is very quiet and peaceful, so it’s easy to sleep well. The hosts are friendly, helpful, and always available while still giving plenty of privacy. I would definitely love to come back here whenever I’m in Cancun.

The place was perfect for the money I paid. The room had everything I needed, a comfortable bed, small kitchen, clean bathroom, clean towels and the location was great. If you are driving you can park on the street. the place is close to restaurants, pubs and some parks. I would choose the place again.
