It's a very nice and comfortable apartment. Everything was working, and we were in touch with the host all the time. They were very attentive and reachable. They have some coffee and tea, and water available; and the food which you can order to be delivered is quite good.

This is a new hotel, close to the airport. Everything is clean, modern and tastefully decorated.
The gym is really well equipped.
Bright, modern rooms at the Cancún Aeropuerto Hotel are air conditioned and have flat-screen cable TV. Decorated in orange and white, they come with a safe, work desk and coffee maker.

Excellent place to stay before a long haul flight the next day, we paid a quarter of the cost of what Hilton would have cost and were really surprised by the overall level of the hotel, excellent value - do not hesitate for a stay near the airport. We were travelling by car, used the parking possibility in a gated area and took us 15 min to get to the airport the next stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

This was a wonderful experience for our multigenerational family. I traveled with my daughter, her husband, and their two young children, and her husband’s mother and uncle. There was so much we all enjoyed! The all inclusive experience was perfect! So many dining and drinking options with fantastic service. And the pools were incredible. We stayed mostly near the pool with the activities for the kids. They were never bored, and it was a delight to laze in the sun and watch them play.

Take official taxi or Uber. The others are robbers, ecpecially at the airport.
Car rental services are beyond horrible in the high season. Read the ratings. Its insane, that services this bad can continue to do business. They ignored my reservation and tried to upsell me another car with 10x the price. We used taxi's (official taxi and Uber) instead.
Maya's, Valladolid, Xcaret are all nice and worth a visit.
