Continental Breakfast, more opions are available, against fee. Host and staff are very friendly and helpful. Very quiet place, with good internet, ideal to relax and sleep well at night.
However, you need a car to get there, rental cars are cheap if you return them at the same place where you rented them.
Also, in this hotel yoga classes are offered.

For us its all about the people, we found the Mexicans full of humour, willing to help a stranger and thoroughly pleasant. Cancun holiday strip was created in the1960's and is home to a gazillion hotels and expensive tourist restaurants, the town however is wonderful. The bus system is superb, a 50p fare anywhere on the route. As a tip find a big landmark near your hotel and ask the driver to tell you when you are approaching, they will help you. The beaches are not owned by the hotels, and suffer from seaweed, but this is usually disposed off. Most of the ones we swam on have a fence to prevent you swimming in deep water ( Possibly to prevent seaweed coming in ?) The sunshine in February however made it all worth while.

The room, the view, the sunrise right in front of us every morning was spectacular!!! The bedrooms were very roomy and all ensuites were perfect. There is even a 6th bathroom!!! The kitchen is well equipped although there was only a dirty sponge and 1 dish towel. We bought more sponges and j-cloths to use as the dishwasher wasn't working. The location is fabulous at the beginning of the hotel strip so quieter and basically the first on the bus so always got a seat. There is an Oxxo across the street with a good selection of products to purchase. I would definitely recommend this property to a large group!!

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the beach was perfect for relaxing. The main downside is the lack of public transportation in the area — the nearest bus stop and shop are about 4 km away. We solved this easily by using Uber to get to the nearest bus stop and then continued by bus around the city. The staff at the property do not speak English, but this can easily be managed nowadays with a translation app.
Tips for Cancún: Taxis from the airport are overpriced, so it’s best to arrange transportation in advance. Get a local SIM card or an eSIM with data before you arrive. When using Uber, pay through the app or in cash — never via the driver’s card terminal. Keep in mind that most locals in Cancún do not speak English.
