Exceptional service from the staff, particularly Ms Karen. She was absolutely God-sent and helped me have a very pleasant stay with accommodations to my reduced mobility and just by being extremely helpful and authentically interested in my wellbeing. I really felt looked after and after being massively let down by Marriott, I was really impressed with the quality of the hospitality. Would 100% stay again and recommend to everyone in need of an airport accommodation in Cancun. They have a shuttle to the airport too, and the shuttle drivers are delightful too. The room was comfortable and perfect for all my needs.

This is a new hotel, close to the airport. Everything is clean, modern and tastefully decorated.
The gym is really well equipped.
Bright, modern rooms at the Cancún Aeropuerto Hotel are air conditioned and have flat-screen cable TV. Decorated in orange and white, they come with a safe, work desk and coffee maker.

We loved the quiet suburban residential neighbourhood this hotel was located in and was just 9 minutes north of the Cancun International Airport. It is actually located in the small town of Alfredo V. Bonfil... in south Cancun. The on-site restaurant was great as well as the waiters and front desk staff. They were the most friendly people and helped make sure we were taken care of and we had them help to get our luggage up to our 2nd-floor room. With 18 rooms carved into a former mansion, we loved the Boutique feel of this hotel. NOTE .... If you are driving.... on the way to this hotel on the street it is located on... there are several CONCRETE SPEED BUMPS that will take out the lower end of your car if you don't crawl over them! Although we felt safe, there was a 20-foot? concrete wall around the entire perimeter of the property.. with electric wires on top of the wall. The front entrance had an extra-wide steel gate door that was locked 24/7. The on-site parking area also had a steel gate and was locked after hours. We have never experienced that before in a hotel, but appreciated the safety measures taken. The vegetation and landscaping, pool, and lounge chairs were all very well maintained.

Cancun was very tricky to drive in.
Cancun was very tricky to drive in. Roundabouts that aren't really roundabouts as we know them. Painted lane lines are often faded. We did not like Mercado 28. We enjoyed the street stores of Mercado Kui Haic much more. The Hotel Zone was not worth seeing. We drove around 3 times looking for parking to walk out to the north point. Never found parking. The rest of the drive was so so. Did park and walk down to Dolphin Beach. It was okay. But a much better beach was about the same drive from downtown, south to Puerto Morelos. Honestly, if you are used to American standards, brace yourself that the local government here does not keep up its public places. Trash and disrepair everywhere, except, I s
uppose, behind gated resorts meant for the rich.

This was a wonderful experience for our multigenerational family. I traveled with my daughter, her husband, and their two young children, and her husband’s mother and uncle. There was so much we all enjoyed! The all inclusive experience was perfect! So many dining and drinking options with fantastic service. And the pools were incredible. We stayed mostly near the pool with the activities for the kids. They were never bored, and it was a delight to laze in the sun and watch them play.
