The hotel was easy to.find from.Isla ferry which
is a bit of a distance, but very close to.airport!
The staff allowed me to.store my luggage as it was an.early check in.
If early enough in day, a few gas stations, mini marts & a taco place within a 10 min walk.
The restaurant was not open ( not sure why).
I was also able to.use the pool for early check in.
The room was fabulous.
100% squeaky clean, great shower products, super comfortable beds with crisp sheets.
AC, WIFI & TV worked great.
Bottled water, coffee & tea.
Perfect for my one night stay to get to the airport.
They arranged a 5:30 AM shuttle which showed up on time & a great driver.

The staff were all helpful and smiley, from the cleaner to reception and restaurant.
People were nice to children.
The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and clean- a real luxury.
The food was delicious and they adapted food without problem for my kids.

Cancun is great location for vacation, only taxi and transportation from airport to hotel is pure robbery, first asked 60 usd per person, finaly agreed 60 usd for two together. On return we paid Uber only 25 usd !!

Initially, there were 12 people in our group, but several people opted to cancel the trip due to safety concerns. We didn’t have any issues and didn’t see any activity that concerned us. We went off resort a couple times-I highly recommend a trip to Chichen Itzá. We went with Cancun adventures, left at seven in the morning and got back in the afternoon. The ruins and guide were fantastic.
