It was close to the airport with a free airport shuttle service, which we really appreciated as we arrived late in the evening. The breakfast was fine, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds.

We could have dinner in the room. The hotel is near the parking and terminal 2. The staff is amicable.

The location: located in a centric but still quiet street, a few blocks away from the Ultramar Port, and walking distance to the bar/restaurant area in the center. The service of free sun bed in the beach club Zama is a plus, allowing us to enjoy swimming in playa centro without getting burnt as there are barely shadows on the beaches. You shouldn’t miss the rooftop in the late afternoon for the tranquility and breezes. I cannot come up with a better ending of a day than grabbing a drink and contemplating the sunset there. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The staff is very friendly and supportive. The room is spacious, the bed comfortable. The Internet worked most of the time really well. I had a 5 hour Zoom call with no trouble. The pool was clean and breakfast on the rooftop was tasty. With the bike you can go easily through town.

The hotel design is very stylish. It has direct access to the beach, a nice restaurant and bar. Prices are reasonable. They have a good weekly schedule of activities for the guests staying over. BONUS: They have a great dj for the sunset. Location is also great, just 5-6 minutes drive from Isla Mujeres center. I would highly recommend to solo or group travellers.
