Beautiful hotel in great location, friendly staff and great facilities.

I stayed in this hotel for the 4th time and always it meets my expectations: its clean, comfortable, good location, helpful staff.

We stayed here 1 night and did not have time to eat breakfast as our pick up was at 9am for airport. We would absolutely stay here again. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Everything was clean, good water pressure, full kitchen (2 burners). Cute balcony that overlooks restaurant. We booked online while eating breakfast at Belville and walked right over to assure it went through and ask if we could check in a bit early due to our other hotels check out. Small communication speed bump but Diego helped check us in. They even cleaned our room earlier so we could bring our luggage to room, Fuego. I knew i wanted a lower level room as to not carry luggage up too many floors. The views from the top floor are absolutely beautiful. It's a jacuzzi/plunge pool with lounge chairs and swings.

It has old charm, lots of greenery, had everything we needed for our stay. Staff were wonderful, very helpful and responded to any questions with a smile. Location couldn't be better. There is a lovely pool that we used often for cooling off. Would not hesitate coming back here.

The posada is a beautiful haven in the middle of nature. The owner goes above and beyond to keep the area clean and manicured. It is in the middle of Selvatica where bugs, wild animals, and natural habitat are abundant so keep it in mind that is a lodge in the middle of a remote area. Yet, the place is very comfortable and it has many touches and details to make the stay a memorable one. We will definitely come back again

Excellent almost new resort close to Cancun at a bargain price. My wife became ill during our stay and the reception staff quickly organised a taxi to take us to an english speaking doctor.

Amazing big room with great jacuzzi. Great pool and team, and specially the food in the restaurants and cocktails. Simply an amazing place!

Everything you could need is right on the property/properties. A cute little morning stroll to the breakfast/brunch/lunch restaurants, concierge to take care of all your excursion plans, car rentals all handled right on the property makes for the peace of mind and ease of access if you want to be adventurous. Abundance of pools, lounging areas, both family friendly and adult only gives you multiple options for when you want to take a day to spoil yourself with the art of doing absolutely sweet nothing. Staff are kind, attentive and very friendly. There are options for golf cart rides around the properties if you’re not up to walking over for breakfast or lunch, making it a thoughtful stay. The check in and check out process is simple, quick and pleasant. The property itself is breathtaking, quiet, elegant and sophisticated while still being within nature. You may even make a few furry friends with the friendly kitties at the property. Nothing like heading out for breakfast and bumping into a friendly little furry face with morning greetings. WiFi is really good and available all throughout the properties so you’ll never be without connection. Really great for those who work remotely as well. Convection is reliable, super fast and the property is quiet enough to still take calls without giving away that you’re on holiday at a resort. The coffee cafe has amazing baked treats, hot/iced coffees and quick little breakfast grab and go options. The multitude of different dining options for both lunch and dinner is amazing, you will never be peckish or hungry.

I recently stayed at Kabanas Ojo de Agua to celebrate my birthday, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! Coming from Quebec, Canada, I was looking for a peaceful getaway, and this brand-new hotel exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was phenomenal – the staff made sure I felt welcome and took care of every need. The service was top-notch, always friendly and attentive. The food at the restaurant was delightful – each meal was fresh and full of flavor. The palapas were beautiful and added a perfect touch to the overall ambiance. I can’t wait to come back in the summer! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Basic building, but perfect location for beech, and 5 minutes walk into the centre. Had a suite with views of the beech. We never bothered cooking, as the local restaurants were such good value, but there is a good supermarket in the town, 10 minutes walk, should you wish to. Staff were excellent. Lots of nearby restaurants, cafes. Some very good. Puerto Morelos looks a bit scruffy around the edges, but it's a really good place to stay. Seems very safe. Spoke to plenty of Canadians, who overwinter there year in year out, who consider it's the best place on that section of coast.

My stay at the Las Palmas Hotel was amazing! The owner and all the family, and the wonderful staff make this hotel unique and special. Everything is spotless and extremely clean. There is such a good atmosphere, everyone is very welcoming. The rooftop has views over the town, and the local weekend market. I enjoyed staying in a local area, with the lively, safe neighbourhood. Lots of food options nearby, super markets and fruit and vegetables. Easy to get around on the bikes at the hotel or the local bus and walking. Highly recommend if you want a truly homely atmosphere in the real part of town. Stay at the Las Palmas Hotel, hopefully you'll love it as much as I did!
