The room is as you can see it in the pictures and is really nice to be honest, the noise is not a bog deal the place is just to sleep any amenities not access to the beach near to the place at leats you pay the entrance to one of the beach clubs that takes the coast access in all that area, I will recommend to stay max 2 days after that could be boring in that price you can get something with beach access.
Pacha Tulum is 500 meters from Tulum center and a 5-minute drive from the archaeological site and the beach.

It was a great time of year, the beach was white sand, turquoise water. If you want to party you can go to noisy places but if you want to just relax, you can do that too. We went to Amansala's beach club and it was fantastic atmosphere, food and service.

There is no other place like Tulum or the caribbean.
There is no other place like Tulum or the caribbean. Coming from the Barcelona beach experience which is crowded and to go to a real beach in nature you have to travel at least 2 hours from the city, I would say that I did miss the nature, warmth and magic of my native Mexico. The smell of the actual sea in nature, the fresh coconut water everywhere, the best food and the turquoise sea like no other.

Tulum is a nice place but if off course full of hotels and tourist attractions, which makes it for me a maximum of 2-3 days.
Great food, awesome locals! A bit of a pity that the hotels have claimed most of the beach areas so you'll need to pay to get access to the ocean.

We went in hurricane season (June) so expect lots of wind, rain and power cuts if not in a huge resort. Taxis are ridiculously expensive and it is a total tourist trap. Don’t eat street food. Parts of the beach are inaccessible unless you pay extortionate prices.
Humidity is difficult to handle

The services provided by Mr.Guillermo, the Full time staff in Maison Hotel was excellent. He is always at your service any time. Guillermo also guided us through the Travel plans and transportation options.
Muaré is quiet and clean with a calm atmosphere. The staff are friendly and welcoming. This is really an oasis in the chaos of Tulum!
It’s not in the hotel/beach area so it’s actually quiet at night! The bar and restaurant are great, the portions are generous even if the prices are typical Tulum prices 🤑 Yoga in the morning is a nice offering, with a lovely teacher.
There was an issue with the water on my last day, but the team tried their best to minimise the inconvenience.
Perfect location in the Hotel Zone in Tulum.
Staff were attentive and very helpful with special mention to Michel and Chef Diego.
Hotel was on its own private beach which was cleaned every day (currently seaweed season).
We saw turtles nesting on the beach which was a real treat to witness.
Japanese restaurant in the hotel is incredible!
Thoughtful evening treats provided in the room as well as free water bottle (Fiji water) refills.

Paradise! We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. Food was great-we had breakfast, lunch and dinner here & staff so helpful and friendly.
Cleanest beach front of all the hotels in Tulum.
We did a yoga class overlooking the beach which was great and a lovely novelty. The whole aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful.
