Is very good located, close to restaurants and Main Street to travel to tourist attractions. They rent bikes at the hotel too.

The room was beautiful and really comfortable, with an excellent view. The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff was really friendly. We loved it!

Staff were absolutely lovely! They let me extend my stay. Room had a fridge and there was a water dispenser not far from the room so you could fill up your bottles. The location is right on fifth Avenue so I felt extremely safe as a solo traveller.

The facilities were excellent — the bed was very comfortable, the pool was large and inviting, and the free indoor parking was a great bonus. The staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay. While the location isn’t near the beach in Tulum, we didn’t mind at all, so it suited us perfectly. The area might seem a bit rough at first glance, but we found it to be completely fine — people were friendly, and we had no issues whatsoever. A large Aki supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away, and there's also a great little local taco spot called Rico’s Tacos La Chula about 5 minutes away by car — simple, authentic, and delicious. NB. The entrance to the Hotel is a 50 meters gravel road.

Big and comfortable rooms. Nice pool area. It was quiet despite being close to pubs and restaurants. Good breakfast. 5 minute walk to the main tourist area. Betza at the reception was very helpful!

Pool, location, quiet, staff are incredible

Everything about this hotel is nice. Is spacious, clean and good attention to details. Daily cleaning also, is a plus. The pool and outside area is beautiful. The lady who did the check in was really nice and helpful. The balcony and the view was superb. The location very good

I booked a room here last minute because I had an issue with my previous accommodation and the staff at Soho Playa gave me such a warm welcome and let me into my room way before the check in time. The location is also convenient, only a few steps away from Quinta Avenida and the beach. The rooms and bathrooms feel luxurious and spacious.

We could not fault anything, the location was perfect, close to the beach and with eateries and supermarkets within a minutes walk. Staff super nice and friendly. Rooms a good size with aircon and a fridge. The rooftop pool was ideal and we had it to ourselves for a week !

It was a low price so we thought it would not be great. Came for 2 nights. We are used to staying in very nice hotels and was really pleasantly surprised. We loved this place, such a lovely holiday vibe, relaxed, beautiful, not a horrid commercial place. We are definitely coming back. The breakfast was also amazing. I cannot say 1 bad thing about the place, it was simple but wonderful on the beach.

Amazing roof terrace with pools and seaview, good size gym and great location. Downstairs, there is a big grocery store, and it is next to the 5th street.

Fantastic accommodation, pool, very friendly staff. Excellent location, close to Playa del carmen 5th ave and Xpu-ha beach!!! And a lot of other places. Plus it is pet friendly!

Very nice rooms in a peaceful surroundings. Yoga classes excellent. Option to rent a bicycle.

We loved it here only down fall was the toilet had no door and we kept getting a sewage fell come into the room now and again.

A cozy and realxing stay near the beach. A property with beautiful energy. The staff is very friendly, from the moment I arrived Noel greeted me and even helped me find a place to teach yoga. Flor helped tremendously with switching rooms and being flexible with my requests. The owner is such a kind gentleman. The guardian Iguanas are a pleasure to interact with and the pool was nice and clean. Spacious rooms to ground. I plan to return very soon.

Room was clean and spacious, loved that it was located in National park, peaceful, beach was beautiful. Loved the breakfast and yoga class in the morning.
