We initially planned to stay for a week but ended up extending it to a month because of the comfort and welcoming atmosphere. Great value for money.The location is perfect; minutes away from Walmart, Super Aki, and Mega Soriana. The best taco spot in Playa del Carmen is just a short walk away, and 5th Avenue is only 5 minutes on foot.Our room was spacious with a full kitchen (big fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker). Since we have a baby, being able to cook was a huge plus. The cleaning ladies, Elsa, Norma, and Noemy, did an amazing job every day keeping everything spotless with fresh towels and sheets.The hotel managers, Griselda, Arturo, and Ceberth, were incredibly helpful. They solved any request instantly and even negotiated a great deal for our airport taxi. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back! Thank you, MOM'S Hotel team!

The facilities were excellent — the bed was very comfortable, the pool was large and inviting, and the free indoor parking was a great bonus. The staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay. While the location isn’t near the beach in Tulum, we didn’t mind at all, so it suited us perfectly. The area might seem a bit rough at first glance, but we found it to be completely fine — people were friendly, and we had no issues whatsoever. A large Aki supermarket is just a 5-minute drive away, and there's also a great little local taco spot called Rico’s Tacos La Chula about 5 minutes away by car — simple, authentic, and delicious. NB. The entrance to the Hotel is a 50 meters gravel road.

We really love our stay in this hotel. During our entire stay we did not meet such a pleasant receptionist as here. Bonus is a very cute dog. Breakfast was great, lots of options to choose from. Nice big pool. You need to take into account that it is necessary to get to the hotel from the center or from the beach, we have the car and it was absolutely fine. There is also a great cafe about 4 minutes walk away.

Staff were absolutely lovely! They let me extend my stay. Room had a fridge and there was a water dispenser not far from the room so you could fill up your bottles. The location is right on fifth Avenue so I felt extremely safe as a solo traveller.

The staff is very friendly and supportive. The room is spacious, the bed comfortable. The Internet worked most of the time really well. I had a 5 hour Zoom call with no trouble. The pool was clean and breakfast on the rooftop was tasty. With the bike you can go easily through town.

Location is only a few minutes from a beautiful beach and 5th Avenue, pool is lovely size and very refreshing after a walk or day on the beach, breakfast next door is great with excellent service.

The location of the Hotel is insanely good. Stuff is very friendly and the prices are fair. All in all a sweet Mexican Hotel.

The staff was so helpful and responsive in everything, even in planning for my trip to Cozumel. The room was clean with all the amenties any travel may need. The location is perfect in the heart of Palya Del Carmen, minutes from the main shopping/food street and ADO bus station.

We could not fault anything, the location was perfect, close to the beach and with eateries and supermarkets within a minutes walk. Staff super nice and friendly. Rooms a good size with aircon and a fridge. The rooftop pool was ideal and we had it to ourselves for a week !

First we read the reviews, they were not good. But we booked anyway because it was good for our budget and also very close to the 5th Avenue and some huge supermarkets. We did not get bothered by the loud music of the clubs. We only saw 1 breakfast but that is not a problem because we did our own groceries. You can get coffee and tea all day for free, that was amazing! Now about the personel: What some people write here is to me big nonsense. Every single working staff was very respectfull and helpfull all the time! Thank you all! I was travelling with my 20 years old girl and we felt very safe and cared for all the time. I appreciated a lot the kindness of the girl who welcomed us, she was very helpful and she helpes us with everyting. I loved the pool even if I barely used it because of the weather. +1 point for the fact they offer a very big tv and the disponibility of the hairdryer

We had a very nice stay. Clean room, friendly and polite guys at the reception. Very beautiful inner terrace with the pool.
