Everything. Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Saltwater pool very important for me as I'm sensitive to pools with lots of chlorine so I was able to enjoy this one for hours without any worries. Stayed in Merida for AFHF 2024 in the heat of June and I am so thankful I splurged out on a nice hotel because there was nothing I wanted to do out and about in the June heat. Worst time of year to be there but this luxury hotel made it bearable, and enjoyable even. Walkable neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Hotel was not offering breakfast or food but they did make espresso drinks and have cold bottled water. The mini fridge worked well and I was able to stock it with snacks from the local supermarket so I was sorted. Air conditioning got super cold worked very very well

Housekeeping were incredible, reception staff were super helpful, and the continental breakfast was an added bonus. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. The internet was strong enough for video calls (it dropped out every so often but could reconnect quickly). There’s an Oxxo next to the hotel for snacks etc. We were in Merida for the WTA tennis event at the Yucatán Country Club, so the location (being outside of Histórico Centro) was convenient and only a 10-15 minute ride away.

What a fabulous stay! We spent two nights at Mas Palomas Concept House. We were warmly greeted by staff, and shown our room. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning good, and a lovely little pool. The whole hotel only has four rooms so you are well looked after. You are able to get breakfast and dinner (if you want) and the sister hotel around the corner. There is a loading bay outside to drop bags, and a private carpark to keep your car in. The staff communicate by Whatsapp if they aren't at the desk, and you are able to come and go as if its your own house. The hotel has been done up really beautifully. Even when we found our shower drain was blocked, the staff fixed when we went out for a walk our first evening, and we didn't have any more problems after that. The team also recommend a fabulous restaurant in Merida, and we are so grateful for how lovely they were! You are also only a short walk from central Merida, but just outside which means its very quiet at night.

Wonderful apartments! A building of exceptional architecture, with very beautiful and distinctive room design. The rooms are fully equipped with all essential amenities, comfortable beds, wardrobes, and well-appointed bathrooms. A warm swimming pool and a cozy, private garden add to the experience. We had wonderful stay! Hotel owner Carlos greeted us when we arrived and it made us feel very welcomed. Rooms were spacious and clean. Someone who decorated has excellent stylish taste. We had hammocks in our rooms aswell. Perfect for reading or studying. Backyard is your own little jungle and it is amazing to relax after long hot day exploring the city.

The Hotel: A beautiful property with stunning original architecture and decorative details—truly candy for the eyes! The magnificent traveler’s palm trees in the courtyard were absolutely striking. Room: Very comfortable overall. Good a king-size bed, a spacious bathroom with enough amenities. Quietness: Despite being on a busy street, the inside of the hotel felt completely insulated from the noise of traffic. Room is very quite ( without the AC on) Location: Quite good. While the street itself isn’t particularly interesting, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the city center. The walk is safe, even at night. Parking: A paid private parking lot was available at another property right next door , and the cost was quite reasonable.
