Location, quality of room, amenities and bedding

We liked the location, the staff, our room, the pool. It was our second one-month long stay in this hotel. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area, a Walmart a few blocks away, several banks and a convenience store.

Breakfast was excellent and delicious each day. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

The location was excellent with some nice restaurants close by. The continental breakfast was great perfect for what we needed. Rooms were spacious and kept clean.

Everything except checking in and out

Amazing value for money, massive bedroom and really comfortable bed. The staff were extremely attentive and were efficient in responding to any questions or needs. Perfect location to walk into the centre but not have any sort of noise issues in the evening. Would 100% book again without a doubt!

Excellent stay at Hotel Chariot: clean, airy rooms, good internet, good staff, very central place, many things to do around hotel, shops, restaurants etc. Would stay here again

Everything really nice and clean for a good price. The Mini Hotel is also very good located, at the main avenue Paseo Montejo and close to the historic city center where you can find plenty of store, markets and nice restaurants in special architecture (new buildings in old existing buildings).

The entire process went well from check-in to check-out. The experience was great all around. The hotel staff, cleaning staff and the restaurant staff was great. No complaints

the overall experience. All the staff we fantastic, helpful and supportive with any questions asked. the room was very big, clean and comfortable. I would stay again if i have to travel to Mexico again

Close to hospitals. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Close to restaurants.

They are very polite. There is no window but it didn't bother me. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is superb. I recommend.
