All of the staff really made our stay the best. They truly go above and beyond and I really made friends, I feel. Rudy, Eduardo and Mauricio are the best! We had a late flight getting in and an early flight getting out and they were able to arrange a ride for us. Truly the loveliest people. The food at the restaurant is also good.

The owner, Sunita, is very welcoming and helpful, and so are all the other staff ladies: Carolina, Ale, Jessica (sorry cannot remember all the names and not sure of spelling). Unfortunately my wife and I do not speak Spanish but there was a good level of English from the staff so communication was not an issue. A couple of evenings there were live classical music concerts in the courtyard which was a very nice touch that enhanced the overall experience.The staff was also very helpful with organizing trips for us and we were also allowed to leave our luggage with them for a couple more hours after we checked out. Also, Sunita owns another hotel a minute away down the street that has a bigger pool and the guests from Treehouse can use that as well. We definitely recommend the place and would stay there again.

A hidden gem in the heart of Paseo de Montejo. We had the Junior Suite and it was very spacious and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and made us feel very at home. The choice and quality of breakfast is second to none. The newly opened restaurant for dinner is highly recommended. It was truly an amazing holiday in Merida made special by our stay in this boutique hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staying at this hotel feels like stepping in a privileged environment, with a great courtyard and very nice rooms. The staff is very competent and helpful, friendly and engaging with guests. Breakfast was outstanding; great choice of food and top fruit offering. Would not mind staying there for a few more days.

We liked the location, the staff, our room, the pool. It was our second one-month long stay in this hotel. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area, a Walmart a few blocks away, several banks and a convenience store.
