A delightful space perfectly designed to ensure that you never want to leave, it’s just that beautiful. The pool was an unexpected necessity with the hot weather in Merida, and we spent wonderful afternoons refreshing and reading by the pool. The rooms are wide, bright and with all the comforts that we needed. Included breakfast with fruits, yogurt, cereal and eggs. The hostess is super sweet and friendly and you really feel like you’re visiting your super cool friend at her super cool house in Merida.

It is really really superb. The owner is there every day and he really cares about the guests. The hotel is beautiful, the interior design is amazing. They had contact to a really good tour organizer which was much cheaper than anything on tripadvisor and the tours were great.

Wonderful apartments!
A building of exceptional architecture, with very beautiful and distinctive room design. The rooms are fully equipped with all essential amenities, comfortable beds, wardrobes, and well-appointed bathrooms. A warm swimming pool and a cozy, private garden add to the experience. We were also impressed by Batiste’s warm and pleasant communication.

Very clean, very stylish, super friendly staff and great location. Yummy breakfast. It's quiet but close enough to the center that you can walk there. Parking was on the street (video supervised) and we didn't have any problems with out rental car. Can highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

One of the best boutique hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely looked after. The team (Leo and Agustin m) here goes above and beyond in a way that feels effortless and sincere. They gave me amazing local recommendations, checked in on me throughout my stay, and somehow always knew what I needed before I even asked.
The atmosphere is beautiful, calm and intimate — exactly what a boutique hotel should feel like. But what truly makes this place special is the hosts. Their attention to detail and the way they care for guests is on another level.
I left feeling not just rested, but truly taken care of. I would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.
