Design and spacious rooms with beautiful bathroom, good swimming pool open until late evening, coffee and water offered free of charge, great service. Also the location is very good - on the main avenue but still few minutes far from the noisy city center.

The property is centered around a courtyard with greenery and cute corners where you can read a book and relax. The concierge is helpful, and considerate. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had an excellent stay. Breakfast was good and at a reasonable hour. The rooms are climatized for comfort with a/c, and proper screens to keep our bugs in the case of wanting to have doors/windows open.

The hacienda is very beautiful and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The garden is well maintained and you can relax by the pool in the afternoon before going to the centre in the evening. The property provides pool towels.
The host was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It was a fantastic experience and will definitely return if I plan another trip to Merida.

This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at. The small hotel is a green oasis and has so much character and love in it. Most importantly it is run by the owner, he is very passionate in his job and a dedicated host. He gives great recommendations on restaurants, what to do and see. He is always available for questions. Exceptional are also the little services with coffee and juice in the morning and a cold water bottle at night.
The room was really nice too, a very comfy bed and an AC that worked well.
The location is perfect, we walked everywhere in the city.
We can’t wait to be back, and if we ever owned our own hotel this would be our role model.
