The best hostel/hotel I've ever stayed in Mexico! From the customer service, guest relations staff, to the kitchen/cleaning staff, the cleanliness, the decoration, the details and everything, this place is absolutely fantastic! I stayed in the dorm room, but it was very comfortable and quiet. This place deserves a solid 10.

Everything. Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Saltwater pool very important for me as I'm sensitive to pools with lots of chlorine so I was able to enjoy this one for hours without any worries.
Stayed in Merida for AFHF 2024 in the heat of June and I am so thankful I splurged out on a nice hotel because there was nothing I wanted to do out and about in the June heat. Worst time of year to be there but this luxury hotel made it bearable, and enjoyable even.
Walkable neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby.
Hotel was not offering breakfast or food but they did make espresso drinks and have cold bottled water.
The mini fridge worked well and I was able to stock it with snacks from the local supermarket so I was sorted.
Air conditioning got super cold worked very very well

A building of exceptional architecture, with very beautiful and distinctive room design. The rooms are fully equipped with all essential amenities, comfortable beds, wardrobes, and well-appointed bathrooms. A warm swimming pool and a cozy, private garden add to the experience.
