5 minutes walking to bus terminal . Good breakfast including. Room is clean. The only problem is WiFi in our room is not good( almost no WiFi signal in the room )

We had an excellent experience here. Since we arrived everything was super clean and well decorated. It felt like a real oasis. After many days traveling around Mexico, we arrived to Merida already sick so we couldn’t left much out of the hotel. At least I am happy it happened here, surrounded by nature and a relaxing environment. Claudia the owner was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. We definitely recommend! It was due to the construction work a bit harder to find, location is perfect though. Near the centre, outside of the hussle. The manager & staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, we got a room upgrade and the room was just amazing. Huge and cozy bed, nice interior and very big room with a bath and shower.

The property is centered around a courtyard with greenery and cute corners where you can read a book and relax. The concierge is helpful, and considerate. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had an excellent stay. Breakfast was good and at a reasonable hour. The rooms are climatized for comfort with a/c, and proper screens to keep our bugs in the case of wanting to have doors/windows open.

Best hostel I’ve stayed at during my travels! No bunk beds, and it honestly felt more like a private room. The staff were incredibly kind, especially Jen, who went above and beyond for me. I would absolutely come back , mainly because of her! Quiet hostel and surrounding. Highly recommend.

Rooms/bathrooms are really clean, there is everything you need. Beds very comfortable. Service is even 10+, pool is cleaned all the time, they are always there for you to answer questions or help. It was a real pleasure to stay in this Villa!

This place is pure magic! It feels like something out of a Wes Anderson movie - every detail is so thoughtfully designed. We booked a private room, which was beautiful and spacious, with a stunning bathroom, but honestly, the whole vibe of the place makes also the shared rooms look very appealing 💕
It’s not right in the center, but with Uber being so affordable here, getting around was super easy and never an issue.
The girls at the reception were all incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we were having a great time. A special shoutout to Jo, who gave us so many great tips 🙏🏼 We truly hope to come back here again someday!
