This boutique hotel is so beautiful and incredibly well located. It was a such a pleasure to stay here.

we were on the floor with the rooftop pool. It was private and refreshing retreat from the heat.

The included breakfast was really quite good, nothing particularly fancy but quite worthy. Tried something from the pay menu and it was good as well. The staff very helpful, smiling and friendly, just like most Mexicans we have met. The location is excellent, a short walk to the main plaza where lots happens and not far from other parts of this interesting city. A very walkable place, good food everywhere.

It was a great pleasure to stay at Casa Nova. Staffs were amazing, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place!!!

Friendly staff and the location in an old building in the heart of Merida.

The Breakfast is really good it is a complete breakfast with protein, fruit, vegetables, coffee and juice. the location of the hotel is just in the Merida city center you can reach any tourist place walking.

The staff was exceptional, polite, kind, and always disposed to help. The location of the hotel is convenient near downtown. The air conditioner enabled us to fight the hot weather.

Very central clean. The lady at the reception were so so helpful. I had trouble with bookaway who canceled my bus ticket to Cancun 3 hours before my departure they helped so much. Value for money and it is so central it’s the best. I have no hésitions to recommander this hotel

Most of it is top quality, comfy beds, big tv’s, loads of pillows, very clean stds, very friendly staff

Loved this hotel with its authentic historical charm. The location was good and not far from main zocalo. The rooms were spacious and comfy. The complementary breakfast was basic but very nice and filling. The staff were extremely helpful especially Xemena.

The people working are incredibly helpful and friendly. They kindly greet you and help at every instance. The location is ideal, and the hotel is very secure with their closed-circuit surveillance system.

Nice hotel, we found a parking space on the street nearby without a problem. A very nice staff and good location - 10min walk from the main square. I recommend!
