felt safe and taken care of, there was hot water and isaac was amazing!!!! i was there under hurricane beryl and didnt make it to the gomart in time, he gave me eggs and rice to eat — so nice! and gave so much advice and was such a nice conversationalist! love him! and the room was clean and i felt so safe under the hurricane, windows had special protection thingies! and all in all 11/10

Loved the spacious room, great layout; it was a game-changer; specially with 3 younger kids. The trams to get to restaurants and pools were always available, loved having all the different restaurant options for meals within Vidanta World. Easy to get to the waterpark. We brought our strollers and didn't need them!

Airport hotels always charge a premium and in my experience, rooms are often cramped. Not so at Hilton Garden Inn, Cancun Airport. The lobby provides an oasis of greenery and light and the rooms are large, with a very comfortable super-King-sized bed. Bathroom has a powerful shower and provides all the basics (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and moisturizer) in pump bottles. The breakfast buffet offers a wide choice and has a short-order station where eggs can be freshly prepared as you wait. Those looking for the Mexican experience will not be disappointed at the choice of salsas. Believe the term "hot"! Some of them are more than true to their word - a real wake-up! All staff are friendly and polite and I received exceptional service from the airport shuttle team, who arranged a personal escort when the minibus was full, sending me with a second driver when I should've waited 20 minutes for the next shuttle. Much appreciated and a reflection of the quality of service at this hotel. The drive from the hotel to Terminal 3 is less than five minutes, but worth taking as I walked from the terminal to the hotel on arrival the previous evening and had great difficulty in crossing the busy main road. Take the shuttle! I don't usually give a review which creates a 10, but even with a high nightly rate, I would say this hotel is well worth it and especially if, like me, you have just come off a long haul flight and want to relax, Thank you, Hilton!

Here in Europe, we praise Dubai to the skies. In Cancún, the sea is crystal-clear and the beaches are gorgeous and white. Driving around the city is a breeze. You feel safe on the streets. World-class natural and cultural attractions are within easy reach. And there are amusement parks, too.

Cancun is great location for vacation, only taxi and transportation from airport to hotel is pure robbery, first asked 60 usd per person, finaly agreed 60 usd for two together. On return we paid Uber only 25 usd !!

Initially, there were 12 people in our group, but several people opted to cancel the trip due to safety concerns. We didn’t have any issues and didn’t see any activity that concerned us. We went off resort a couple times-I highly recommend a trip to Chichen Itzá. We went with Cancun adventures, left at seven in the morning and got back in the afternoon. The ruins and guide were fantastic.

Cancun is very American and a bit like a small Miami with a lot of waterfront hotels. Nearly everyone in the hotel & restaurant business speak English so it's OK if you don't speak Spanish. Ubers & Taxis are everywhere ( but UBER cannot pickup at the airport). It's also very easy & cheap to travel from Cancun to Playa, Merida or Tulum, etc. by ADO bus from the airport or city center. Cancun is a great starting point for Mexico travel, or just staying at a beautiful ocean front resort.

We love Cancun.

We love Cancun. The energy is great. it has wonderful restaurants, plenty to do. We visited La Isla mall for the first time and found it very classy and it has great high end shops. Cancun is close to the airport and it's very convenient. Beaches are public however and there is no privacy. If you want a great beach, you need to go to Maroma or Riveira Maya.

The location is suitable for people who want the vibe of a hotel with a personal touch. There's a small kitchenette with salt, pepper and oil. They also have pots, plates and cutleries to make it easy to make a meal yourself. It is self-service, so you're given a code, and once you come in, you sort everything else yourself. There is no room service available. They have a fridge with some water and drinks available. The area is close to the airport in Cancun. It is a good value for money.

Modern hotel close to the airport. Very helpful staff, they upgraded us to a suite which was great. Spacious and very clean room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was also varied and excellent and they offer a free airport shuttle (you need to reserve the night before). If we need a hotel near cancun airport we will definitely be staying here again

Well-located hostel in the party area of Cancun Hotel Zone. Always felt safe and welcome. They offer nice, spacious private rooms as well! Hostel has lots of parties going on, so you‘re never alone. There is even a crocodile visiting the fence every once in a while..! :-)
