Rooms are clean, very comfortable and spacious. The house is lovely, with an outdoors space and garden. It feels very safe since it is located in a neighbourhood with vigilance. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. They recommend many places to visit and have good Mexican food. I strongly recommend.

A modern, well-designed property where everyone can find something for themselves. Everything is maintained to a very high standard and in excellent condition. It’s easy to walk between the hotels, and the gyms, pools, and restaurants are all top-notch. There’s also one really good coffee place - Santo Gusto in Salum.

Wow! It’s amazing, the design of the hotel! The pool is amazing with the seats etc. the cocktails are a good price around 90 pesos which makes it even better. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else especially when you can use the hotel zone beach’s for free with a 1 dollar bus right by the hotel. Staff was amazing , room cleaned each night. Was nice to have luxury since we’re travelling around Mexico!!

The room, the view, the sunrise right in front of us every morning was spectacular!!! The bedrooms were very roomy and all ensuites were perfect. There is even a 6th bathroom!!! The kitchen is well equipped although there was only a dirty sponge and 1 dish towel. We bought more sponges and j-cloths to use as the dishwasher wasn't working. The location is fabulous at the beginning of the hotel strip so quieter and basically the first on the bus so always got a seat. There is an Oxxo across the street with a good selection of products to purchase. I would definitely recommend this property to a large group!!

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the beach was perfect for relaxing. The main downside is the lack of public transportation in the area — the nearest bus stop and shop are about 4 km away. We solved this easily by using Uber to get to the nearest bus stop and then continued by bus around the city. The staff at the property do not speak English, but this can easily be managed nowadays with a translation app. Tips for Cancún: Taxis from the airport are overpriced, so it’s best to arrange transportation in advance. Get a local SIM card or an eSIM with data before you arrive. When using Uber, pay through the app or in cash — never via the driver’s card terminal. Keep in mind that most locals in Cancún do not speak English.

We used CancunCab to get back and forth from the airport to the resort, great experience. GR Solaris Caribe is a nice resort that is just shy of being awesome. The bus is right on the route of the Caribe/Cancun resorts so quick public transportation you don't even have to think about. The ATV, zipline, cenote swim, and tequila tasting is a good adventure.

I was travelling on business to attend a conference.

I was travelling on business to attend a conference. Cancún is a horrible place, the hotel area is exactly that. The city is chaotic due to the very bad planned / non-existent public transportation. Taxis will ripped you off. If the traveller wants to stay in an all inclusive, there are definitely much nicer and safer locations in Mexico to do so.

We weren’t staying in the centre of Cancun and found getting around very confusing. Even the locals didn’t seem to know the streets well. The pavements were very uneven and I fell at one point. But the locals are very friendly and welcoming.

The Air B & B I finally stayed at was right on the beach and the accommodation was good. The downside this trip was that the weather was cold and very windy, except for the last day which was perfect. Getting around Cancun for me was easy either by walking or taking the local bus. I took the Ferry to Isla Mujeres which was an interesting place to explore and have dinner.

Courtyard by Marriott Cancun Airport – a good hotel for one night before or after a flight. Comfortable bed, and at breakfast the chef will prepare eggs to your liking. There’s a free shuttle to and from the airport, which is very convenient since taxi services from the airport are expensive. The only downside is that it can be a bit tricky to find where the shuttle is waiting for you, so it’s best to contact the hotel in advance to clarify the details — but it’s definitely worth it.

I liked the all inclusive buffet, very tasty meals with lots of options from breakfast fast to dinner. I liked the parties and shows that happened almost everyday in the hotel, I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms, pool area, restaurant etc. Excellent staff always smiling and willing to help and English is widely spoken in the hotel. I definitely recommend and will stay there anytime I visit cancun.

I think the hotel has one of the cleanest and nicest beach area out of all other hotels in Cancun. The rooms are ok, a tad dated. The food was diverse and good for an all inclusive resort. It's also only a 20 mins car ride from the airport.
