Beautifully restored historic building set in lovely grounds and in a great location

Immaculately clean, it has convenient kitchen facilities so we could make tea and coffee and cook if we wanted to. Delightful outdoor areas. Very happy we found this hotel. Super lovely and helpful staff. Excellent location and easy to park on the street (which was my main worry).

We liked the location, the staff, our room, the pool. It was our second one-month long stay in this hotel. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area, a Walmart a few blocks away, several banks and a convenience store.

Great service and great location

Very beautiful and cute hotel, great value for money. Excellent location (ADO bus station is 30min walk away, bus stop to Progreso just around the corner basically). Feee bicycles available, beautiful cafeteria on site for breakfast, free coffee provided. There's also a laundry place right across the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful, we also enjoyed the pool area, very clean and lush green with all the plants.

We have spent 2 weeks traveling around Yucatan, and this was by far our favourite accommodation. The boutique hotel is located in the best possible area in Merida, on a lovely street, with lots of good restaurants and cafes to pick from. All the main attractions are in walking distance. The area is very safe, even at night. We easily found free parking on the street, but we found out later that they even have some private parking spaces for free. Make sure to ask for it. The hotel is beautifully decorated, our room was huge, looked amazing, even better than the pictures. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. Fast WiFi, daily room service and free water provided. Coffee machine in the room. The pool looked beautiful and well maintained, but we did not get the chance to try it. Still, the highlight of the hotel must be the service, which is truly outstanding. They offered the best breakfast we ever had at an accommodation and even offered to prepare things that were not on the menu. They have a bar and make excellent coffee in house, for free! The owner (a Frenchman) and all the staff were so friendly and kind, they made it feel like family. We wished we would have planned more days in Merida, as we loved the city and this hotel. We cannot recommend this property enough, and will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!

Beautiful property set in an old casona, converted tastefully. Rooms are modern, clean, comfortable with old world charm. Location is fantastic, can walk everywhere and only 5 mins from the historic centre. Staff is courteous, kind and helpful.

Exceptionally beautifully designed, super clean. The staff were delightful. Rosie helped us book tastings, tours and restaurants ahead of arriving and Alejandro at the bar was super informative about mezcal and tequila and made delicious cocktails.

We loved this hotel - it’s charmingly and uniquely decorated, the room was beautiful (it’s also one of only a handful of hotels locally that seem to offer a twin room w queen beds(, the pool was gorgeous and it’s perfectly located

The friendliest team in Mexico, helpful at every step. The room may not be stunning, but with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. The nice breakfast. Nice recreation area.

The 3 guys from the reception are incredible. You feel like a real vip. We will definitely come back

Very pretty hotel with lots of private areas, 3 swimming pools and lovely staff. Location is perfect 3 blocks from the Socalo. Private car park nearby. We were upgraded to a room with a huge terrace with hammocks and great views. Will definitely come back.
