- Great location - The staff was very nice and friendly - Parking was included, although it was a 5 minute walk and you needed to inform the staff everytime you wanna enter or leave the parking.

I did not expect much, but I would say this Hotel is altogether solid.

Great hotel, spacious and clean rooms. Great shower. Amazing location in the heart of the city and so close to the main cathedral. Great value for price.

Gorgeous historic hotel with excellent staff.

Great value hotel, clean, super comfy bed (one of the best we had during our trip), professional and kind service. Parking was free and is 3 blocks away but someone accompanied us there and we were able to unload our luggage at the hotel beforehand. Beautiful room with king size bed and view of the cathedral. Great location 1 block from the central plaza.

The hotel is located almost on the main square. The room are big and clean. Towel are changed daily, there are spots to open you luggage and some hangers for the clothes. In the structure there’s a bar restaurant with a local offer both for price and food. The staff is very nice. It’s a fair quality for price.

The Breakfast is really good it is a complete breakfast with protein, fruit, vegetables, coffee and juice. the location of the hotel is just in the Merida city center you can reach any tourist place walking.

This place is beautiful and in a great location.

Very clean, spacious modern rooms, comfortable beds, daily replenish of bottled water and toiletries. Located close the centre.

Very central clean. The lady at the reception were so so helpful. I had trouble with bookaway who canceled my bus ticket to Cancun 3 hours before my departure they helped so much. Value for money and it is so central it’s the best. I have no hésitions to recommander this hotel

New, clean hotel, comfy beds, nice bathroom, really enjoyed the stay. The pool is nice and refreshing, we were a bit sad we only booked for one night.
