Housekeeping were incredible, reception staff were super helpful, and the continental breakfast was an added bonus. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. The internet was strong enough for video calls (it dropped out every so often but could reconnect quickly). There’s an Oxxo next to the hotel for snacks etc. We were in Merida for the WTA tennis event at the Yucatán Country Club, so the location (being outside of Histórico Centro) was convenient and only a 10-15 minute ride away.

This was a perfect base for our family trip. There was more than enough space for all 6 of us. The cleaning and gate services were amazing. Great location - quiet and near the ring road so you can get everywhere easily. Fantastic!

Unfortunately, we only spent one day at Casas Tunkul since we had to return to Mérida and fly out the next day. Otherwise, we would have loved to stay longer. Casas Tunkul is a beautiful place (excellent design and amenities) and also has a great location. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, very close to the airport, and nearby there are excellent cafés and restaurants. Juan is also an excellent host. We would definitely recommend Casas Tunkul.

I'm sorry I don't remember the girls' names, but the staff was wonderful and caring, provided a lot of information. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with many small interesting interior details. The beds are very comfortable. Guests are free to use the large kitchen for their own needs. There is a parking space. The breakfast is presented tastefully, quite filling.

Wonderful apartments! A building of exceptional architecture, with very beautiful and distinctive room design. Great location, very well appointed room with all we needed. Friendly, helpful staff who wen above and beyond to make us welcome.our flight to MEX was moved back by 12 hours to 10 pm. The hotel was fully booked so a late check out form our room wasn’t possible. However the owner went above and beyond to move things around an allowed us to stay in a semi completed room without charge which was hugely appreciated.
