We loved our stay at Casitas Mérida. We stayed for three days and never had any issues. The casitas have everything you need for your stay: coffee, water, a great shower, and even a pool. We also loved the attention to detail in the design and décor of the place, the atmosphere that William and Tariq create, and what wonderful hosts they are. We only had the chance to meet William, but he was excellent: he offered us a glass of wine, helped us open the garage, and was always attentive to everything. We also fell in love with Chaac. We would definitely recommend Casitas Merida!

Before, during and after our stay the communication with the host was perfect. He took great care and always made sure that we feel at home and comfortable. The apartment itself is just stunning, great loft, impressive rooms and high standard equipment everywhere. We even had a washing machine and a dryer, which worked perfectly for us. The location was great for us, as it is still in the centro historico, but nevertheless not fully in the bustling and crowded centro. We walked everywhere and after exploring the city, we even could relax in the pool which was well maintained and clean. We highly recommend this place!

This must be the most beautiful non-hotel accommodation I’ve stayed in. Very stylish, very clean, super enjoyable to spend time in. Host was accommodating and responsive. Strong recommendation for Merida!
