The room was excellent. I had a bit of trouble with the A/C, it didn´t quite cool as it should have. The pool was excellent.

Location, quality of room, amenities and bedding

We liked the location, the staff, our room, the pool. It was our second one-month long stay in this hotel. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area, a Walmart a few blocks away, several banks and a convenience store.

I stayed there for two nights with friends. It's just 400 meters from the main tourist attractions. The location is perfect, the room is spacious and clean, and the cleaning service is excellent. The breakfast was also excellent. The staff was always smiling, and I was especially impressed by the kindness of Cruze and Diego.

Great cold aircon, really really comfortable beds, nice facilities but breakfast staff were super slow, we had a bus to catch and it took over half an hour for coffee to come out and then we had to leave and missed out on our eggs on toast.

Great value hotel, clean, super comfy bed (one of the best we had during our trip), professional and kind service. Parking was free and is 3 blocks away but someone accompanied us there and we were able to unload our luggage at the hotel beforehand. Beautiful room with king size bed and view of the cathedral. Great location 1 block from the central plaza.

I did not expect much, but I would say this Hotel is altogether solid.

The staff is helpful and efficient. The facilities provide space and comfort. The location in centro is interesting in every direction.

The Breakfast is really good it is a complete breakfast with protein, fruit, vegetables, coffee and juice. the location of the hotel is just in the Merida city center you can reach any tourist place walking.

Central, Staff careful to all our necessities and very kindful. Vallet parking assistance.
