We loved absolutely everything. The room, the cave pool, the staff, the food, everything was amazing. The breakfast is very good and included. This place is magical, ZENtik is the perfect name for this hotel ! The location is also very good, 15 min walk to the cenote Zaci and the center ( very safe to walk from the hotel ). Also, ive to repeat myself but the staff is amazing. This hotel is a gem and i recommend it 100% !

At first I wasn't sure the place had just opened but the pictures looked nice . But what a find the place is gorgeous I love the design and the vibe is so cool. My room was comfortable hot and cold water, the air conditioning is perfect for the hot days of Merida and the place is located in a very quiet neighborhood Santiago and also is a very close from ADO. Big plus the breakfast is included and delicious. Really too bad I had to go back to Tulum I would have stayed a few more nights. Also big up for the Pool :)

Very easy to find just across the beach, 5 minutes or so nearby to a variety of options to have a great meal and the property it's what we look for to escape from the city. Quiet, simple but with a great taste.

We ended up staying here for two nights unexpectedly after our flight was canceled, and we’re so glad we found this hotel. Despite being a last minute booking, the staff were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. We were upgraded, and the room was absolutely gorgeous, clean and very comfortable. We did have a small issue with the hot water, but it was resolved within about 15 minutes, which was impressive. The location is extremely convenient and close to many great restaurants. The street can be a bit noisy at times, but that’s to be expected given how central the area is. The rooftop pool was beautiful and a perfect, relaxing escape. Overall, a fantastic experience especially during an otherwise stressful travel disruption and we would happily stay here again!

Great, new hotel close to the beach and centre. Beds were lovely and our family room was huge. A great plus was the included breakfast which was served to our own balcony. Definitely recommend.
