The service is excellent. The management and staff were amazing. The drinks by Dorris was the best I’ve ever had. The hotel was so good, I didn’t have any faults. I was very sad to leave as we had the best vacation. I’ll definitely come back.

Beautiful, well appointed house, great kitchen facilities and pool area, very clean. The host had thought of lots of little things to make it luxurious. A/c very effective. Peaceful location with beach just a few mins walk. Great for us without a car as we like to walk and wanted a quiet week. Chelem about a 20 min walk. Easy to get around with the moto taxis and collectivo. There is a bistro and inn with food and a bar within a few mins walking distance from the property. Very accommodating host.

Our stay at Puerto del Cielo was one of those experiences that stay with you. We stayed in an apartment with a balcony and outdoor bathtub, perfectly positioned right on the beach — the sound of the sea is constant, soothing, and unforgettable. The owners, Randy and Gill, are exceptionally attentive hosts. They always go the extra mile and offer help in any situation — in our case, they kindly assisted during a brief health issue, which we appreciated deeply. Their warmth and genuine care make this place truly special. The breakfast was excellent, freshly prepared and full of flavor. The whole setting is all about blending completely with nature — you’ll see lizards walking across the terrace, feel the sea breeze, and enjoy the peaceful rhythm of the surroundings. Don’t come here having five-star ultimate luxury demands — come for something far more valuable: authenticity, calm, and a feeling of being exactly where you belong.

This was absolutely the best place we stayed in during our trip to Yucatan. The apartment looks amazing and the equipment is great. There is everything you need. The pool area is great and there is a nice beach right in front of the building. The owner is very helpfull. Plus Chelem is a really nice place to visit.

Beautiful spot on the beach with easy walking to shops and restaurants. Lovely breeze off the ocean. Apartment was comfortably furnished with everything you need. A great balcony and pool too. Owner Muriel was always available to help out when needed.

Murial, was a wonderful and very helpful host. The 2 bedroom apartment was very nice, clean, modern and quiet. The beach is very nice and beautiful. The pool is nice. The entire experience was perfect. Would strongly recommend yjis place. Chelem is safe and a wonderful place. It's not the busy hustle of other places.

Very much enjoyed the house and its location on the beach. The house is modern, clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need. The garden is beautiful and relaxing and the pool was lovely. Felt very comfortable and really enjoyed it. The owner (Muriel) was also helpful and responsive. Thank you!
