The service is excellent. The management and staff were amazing. The drinks by Dorris was the best I’ve ever had. The hotel was so good, I didn’t have any faults. I was very sad to leave as we had the best vacation. I’ll definitely come back.

Arenas del Mar Condos is a wonderful place to stay, it has everything needed to rest and relax. The kitchen has many utensils to cook. The bed is very comfortable, I loved the restroom. The patio is a nice place to relax. Sofas are very comfortable too. It's very close to the beach which we loved! It's easy to find a place to have breakfast and dinner and there are minimarkets around. Staff is super nice and always willing to help.

The cabins were amazing and really comfortable! They are spacious, clean, and well equipped. The bed is comfy and the net does protect you from any mosquitoes which might have gotten into the room, although I didn’t see any inside (there were many outside, but repellent kept them at bay). The staff was friendly and ready to help, and they lent us beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach. The pool was slightly cold, but still quite pleasant and clean! The Wi-Fi works perfectly well for working remotely, and there are sufficient power outlets inside and outside the cabins. On the TV there is Netflix and other streaming platforms. There is also a temazcal (traditional sauna) which works on scheduled days and can seat large groups. There is no kitchen inside the cabins, but there is a fridge to keep food fresh, and there is a shared kitchenette with an electric stove, near the site’s entrance, and the staff can lend you a pan to cook a quick meal. Hot coffee is prepared and served for free twice a day. There is sufficient, safe, and convenient parking space for all guests, and the staff lends you a little trolley so your luggage can be carried around easily to your cabin without getting soiled with sand. I would definitely recommend it to any traveller, and I will surely come back with my family one day! The property has one pet-friendly cabin only, so if you are coming with your pet it’s worth booking and letting them know in advance.

Perched along the pristine coastline, the views of the ocean were absolutely mesmerizing. Watching the sunset from the private terrace was a daily highlight, and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore was a soothing lullaby every night. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also beautifully designed. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings added a touch of elegance to the entire experience. The villa I stayed in was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. I really wanted to like the property as it looked so beautiful from the pictures, but it fell short of our expectations. In terms of what we liked; the furnishings in the apartment were beautiful & the aircon + wifi worked well. The rooms were spacious & everything was clean.
