It was close to the airport with a free airport shuttle service, which we really appreciated as we arrived late in the evening. The breakfast was fine, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds.

This was an incredible vacation! From check-in to check-out, the staff greeted us with smiles and a wonderfully relaxed, positive attitude that made us feel truly welcome. The food was absolutely fantastic - the variety of fresh seafood even exceeded what we had at an all-inclusive resort in the Maldives😅 The drink selection at the bars was amazing, so many options it was hard to choose! And every cocktail we tried was delicious🥰 Special thanks to animation team! We had a lot of fun in all games, Mexican bracelet and Guakamole workshops! And even won the T-shirt😇 We stayed in an Inspira room, and it was a truly special experience, especially the welcome treat with a bottle of sparkling wine and dessert waiting for us in the room. We also enjoyed extra perks like a private beach area where drinks were served right to your lounger, and a separate pool with a jacuzzi - such lovely little touches that made the stay even more perfect. Huge thanks to all the staff — you are amazing! We’ll definitely be back❤️

We could have dinner in the room. The hotel is near the parking and terminal 2. The staff is amicable.

He turns a simple breakfast into a poetic culinary experience. The room is impeccably clean and the internet connection is excellent. I highly recommend this place!

Staff was extremely helpful and always went the extra mile to accommodate my requests. Amenities are 10/10! The community building here is excepcional. I've made many new friends!

The room is small but clean and comfortable. It's about 15 minutes walk from the Ado Central Bus Station and a good base in Cancun. Fernando (the owner) was friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel in the very center of Cancun. very good location. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. Market nearby. Staff is helpful. I highly recommend.
