The room looks much better in reality than in the pictures. It is large and very tastefully decorated. The room, all facilities and service are equivalent to a five-star hotel. It's probably the best choice before and after your flight. The hosts are incredibly sweet and helpful. They arranged our arrival from the city, took us to the airport and delivered pizza and drinks to the room.

Ernesto in the steakhouse was exceptional for our fine dining experience. The food is exceptional overall in the resort along with offerings for children that are amazing. We were so lucky to stay here on our first night! We ran into some trouble with our credit cards and ended up with no money to begin our trip with. Maru was incredibly kind and even lent us money to buy dinner until we managed to sort things out. In the morning, she provided us with some fresh fruit :) The neighbourhood felt very safe (the place is part of a gated community) and our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, nice comfortable bed, everything works. Host is the best! They gave me plenty of information on where to go in Cancun and also gave me great advice for my future travels. There are a few malls in the walking distance as well as OXXO. Thanks a lot for your hospitality. P.S. if you're going from the Airport - take the ADO bus (big red one) for about 10 dollars instead of using the service of scammy airport taxis. From ADO bus terminal you can easily get a cab
