this couldn’t just be better than it was. 100 out of 100. in fact this hotel was chosen due to the close location to the airport, yet this was one of the most relaxing, friendly, convenient and comfortable hotel out of our 1 month trip in Mexico. personnel speak English, private parking and cozy fresh design of the room. add here breakfast included and close to the airport. guys, thank you very much for the service. you surprised me and my wife in a very good way!

The hotel is in the middle of the old town, everything in the historic centre is walking distance. Hotel guests can enjoy a 3-hour free walking tour which was really informative, we learned s lot about CDMX. To top it off the hotel offers free food and drinks 24 hours, perfect gor guests coming from Europe who have their mealtimes a bit mixed up due to the different timezone. During our departure our driver could not reach the hotel due to some demonstrations and therefore closed streets. In a heartbeat the staff organized 2 rikshas to take us and our luggage (4 people-3 week trip through Mexico) to the place where the driver was waiting. A staffmember accompanied us, to make sure we were ok. That is what we call excellent service. (We have stayed in a lot of top class, large, small and as well charming hotels all over the world, therefore have some experience)

The room is really fresh and clean. For me in hotel luxury bathrooms are really important. And here was exactly modern bathroom. We really enjoyed the mirror in front of the bed :) personal recommendation for couples. Free coffee from machine in the reception floor, coffee machine in the room, tea, sugar, everything was in the room. Nice fitness centre with beautiful view. Hot Breakfast was good also but there was no fresh vegetables, just fruits. Orange juice was fresh. We Recommend to try antigripal juice there on the breakfast. Cappuccino for additional cost but Americano and tea for free. The design of the hotel also nice, they have locations for pictures. There is also cold and hot water on the each floor. Excellent. Regarding parking we found the parking place in front of the hotel.
