24/7 doorman was a plus as was the electronic entry into suite=no key to manage. Suite (two bedrooms, kitchen, sitting area) was beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed, nice sheets and hot water on demand shower. Management was helpful and friendly. Centrally located to great restaurants, good shopping and sites. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible spot! Was so in awe of the excellent check in service, all the lovely touches, the friendliness of the staff and the overall value. We were so tired when we got there but the place was so great that they gave us all the energy we needed when we got there.

Location is fantastic as it is right in the middle of Colima where a number of independent eateries and shops are located at. The room itself is very spacious and has all the amenities you'll need. All toiletries are provided except toothbrush and toothpaste. There's a kitchenette with basic cookware, utensils where you can cook something simple. There's even salt and pepper, but take note that they do not provide oil.
There are 2 TVs, one in the living room, one in the bedroom. Both can be connected to your Spotify and Netflix account.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and highly recommended.

We had a great experience, we stayed for 9 nights and we could have not asked for a better place! The whole hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is very homey and the rooms are equipped with everything!! Location is a dream, and there is a 24 hour receptionist / security on guard. We have found our second home in Mexico! Easier to say what we didn't like - nothing! Gorgeous rooms, comfortable king bed, excellent bathroom and shower, quiet location, convenient location, beautiful small boutiques on main floor, art exhibition in the downstairs, incredible restaurant on the property, excellent breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and capuccino provided (with alternatives), staff - very professional, kind, attentive (woke every morning to a message asking how we had slept and whether there was anything they could do for us that day)... the list goes on and on. Absolutely top class people and property.

Octavio was a wonderful, kind, gracious and accommodating host. He gave me many recommendations on what to see and do in the city, both in the area and in general. His breakfasts were delicious and he accommodated my schedule by changing the breakfast time. And when my allergies were acting up, he gave me an extra pillowcase and towel for the pillows so I could sleep better at night.
