The appartment / room is so big, and clean and ver well equipped. There is a terrace at the top floor, with a beautiful view. there is a security guy at the entrance, who's so nice and friendly. The location is also great, with lots of cute cafes and restaurants nearby

I forgot when checkout was and was busy talking with a customer support agent for over an hour. I thought for sure I would get charged a late fee, but they assured me that I was fine. The showers, bed, everything was great.

Everything was great during our stay in Mexico City. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The facilities are just perfect. Spacious apartment, modern, and fully equipped. On top of that, all the services you would expect from a great hotel.
Finally, the location is perfect in a great neighborhood. The rooftop with the pool is great too.

I liked everything about my stay. The staff are lovely and very helpful, the pool is clean and a good size, the common areas are beautifully furnished, there's clean water and coffee available... Everything is just perfect.
My bedroom had both a fan and AC, a mini fridge, sockets near bed, a large TV with netflix/HBO etc.
There are two cats on the property. They're friendly and very cute, but it might be good to know if you have a severe allergy (they don't enter the bedrooms).
