Location is fantastic as it is right in the middle of Colima where a number of independent eateries and shops are located at. The room itself is very spacious and has all the amenities you'll need. All toiletries are provided except toothbrush and toothpaste. There's a kitchenette with basic cookware, utensils where you can cook something simple. There's even salt and pepper, but take note that they do not provide oil.
There are 2 TVs, one in the living room, one in the bedroom. Both can be connected to your Spotify and Netflix account.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and highly recommended.

The location is perfect, amongst it all and walking distance to everything. Local restaurants and food vendors and also upmarket restaurants as well. Keyless entries to the property reception and your room makes everything very easy. The apartments are new and decorated beautifully, very spacious and are equipped with everything you need. They also accommodate for large groups with 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments. Ours had 4 super comfy queen beds in 2 bedrooms and an identical bathrooms each, loved that !
The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Brian on night shift would chat to us when we returned from dinner and give us recommendations for site seeing etc.

This is an excellent accommodation choice for a family or friend group. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Two for special mention- Paula looked after our apartment so well during our stay and was exceptionally helpful. Aline at the front desk was also so pleasant and helpful. The rooftop is fantastic with pool, complimentary mini breakfast and seating area.

Overall, the B&B was fantastic. The bus station is just a 5-minute walk away, making it really convenient to get around the city. The room is small but cozy, with a super comfortable bed and a cute little rocking chair. The bathroom is always spotless. The homemade Mexican breakfast is a real treat. Octavio, the host, is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. You can chat with him about anything, and he’s always happy to share his thoughts and experiences. His huge collection of books also impresses me a lot. A special mention—towards the end of my stay, I accidentally lost my phone, and it was Octavio who helped me track it down. Huge thanks to him! I’d definitely recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a place to stay in Mexico City.
