Nice hotel with nice staff willing to help you. This means good service. The room has good space, good bed and it is clean. And internet works without problems. The free parking place helps a lot, and you can count on parking service. It is a good value for money and I recommend for those who needs a hotel around the Satelite region in Mexico City.

Great hotel with food included and great attention to detail. Water and apples available through the whole hotel, breakfast included and also almost everything at their cafe was free for the guests. I was in room 111 and the only thing that wasn’t good was the shower. You couldn’t move the head so when you open the tap it would come straight to the shower door and even closed the water would come out. Staff should look into that but otherwise FANTASTIC hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable beds, great view (towards the airport), generally friendly staff (esp at Concierge), perfect downtown location Staff at check-in seemed a bit unengaged at times and queues were building up at the front desk so you would rather not go there if you had a question or a problem There's huge works in progress in the back of the hotel so this will probaby cause a lot of noise (it already did during my stay) for a long time and starting early morning hours. The air conditioning was not working well which could become reason to not choose this hotel in summer months. I hope they get this fixed because I actually really liked the hotel a lot and would hate to be forced to look for an alternative

Despite a big crowds and chaotic transport at the historic centre everything organised well and safe. People are friendly but no English. For tourists taxi would be preferred transport. The Metro is functional and very chip but should be avoided during peak hours. The places for everyone to visit are Palacio del Bellas Artes, Museo de antrapologia and Pyramids.

Mexico City lived up to my expectations and exceeded them. I would highlight the food scene, which is amazing from street food to cafes and restaurants. The Metro and especially the Metrobus are great to get around - I used them whenever I could over Uber, because the traffic is usually horrible. Having heard all kinds of things, I was positively surprised about safety in Roma/Condesa and the western part of town: I always felt safe and had no issues. Shopping was a little underwhelming, to be honest. Considering its size, CDMX is not really a shopping destination. I found the shopping centers crowded and expensive. The more affordable stuff can be bought from the street sellers, which are absolutely everywhere. I'm a fan of history, and the Aztec pyramids in the Centro and Tlatelolco are accessible and definitely worth seeing. However nothing can top a day trip to Teotihuacan, preferably on a hot-air balloon: it's an world class sight and an experience you will never forget.

Mexico City is a fascinating place with tons to do, especially museums and other cultural activities. Food is amazing! People are friendly and helpful. Shopping is great too, especially the Saturday. Market at San Angel. We always stay in Polanco as it is walkable and has tons of great restaurants.
