Amazing hotel! They have free snacks which is so nice in the morning or when you’re in a rush to leave, and also their gym was so good to keep in shape while travelling. The staff was incredible, super attentive and nice :) The room was super clean and was perfect. Location wise, it couldn’t have been better. There’s a really nice brunch place called Nice Day Coffee beside the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is great - in a safe area (we felt very safe in Mexico city, although all the info saying the contrary). The hotel has some age but is well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bed linen was really high quality Egyptian cotton.

Mexico City has everything: excellent museums and galleries, great cuisine and street food alike. People are hospitable and kind. The parks are wonderful, parque Espańa, parque Mexico and of course, Chapultepec Park, with the castle and Lago Algo. Went to sunrise kayak in Xochimilco and that was a great experience. I love CDMX.

Mexico city is worth visiting for specific things, I feel like you can have a day to work all around, visit downtown, etc. Another two days can be spent to visit museums such as Frida Khalo houses, Soumaya, Anthropology and Art Museum. Another day can be dedicated to visit the Teotihuacan pyramids and fly on aerostatic balloon. Another day can be used to visit Talantongo caves day trip, which I regret not doing. Great bar to visit would be the Bar Mauro, El Balcon del Zocalo, Azul Historico

Mexico City is one of the cities in the world that if you like to travel, you should visit. The diversity of the people who live and work there is tremendous, and the restaurants and street food reflect that diversity and the overall "enjoyable flavor ". However, like all 20 million+poplulated cities be prepared for traffic, and more traffic! Driving in the city not recommended. Take a bus, taxi or Uber.
