Amazing hotel! They have free snacks which is so nice in the morning or when you’re in a rush to leave, and also their gym was so good to keep in shape while travelling. The staff was incredible, super attentive and nice :) The room was super clean and was perfect. Location wise, it couldn’t have been better. There’s a really nice brunch place called Nice Day Coffee beside the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

The 17th century palace has been exquisitely renovated. Difficult to capture in photos/Even More impressive than the photos. There’s something to see that wows around every corner. The rooms are super cool, spacious & interesting. Staff excellent, efficient & delivered a 5 star service. They made us feel extra special for our anniversary & every request was dealt with very promptly.

The location is great - in a safe area (we felt very safe in Mexico city, although all the info saying the contrary). The hotel has some age but is well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bed linen was really high quality Egyptian cotton.

Mexico City is one of the cities in the world that if you like to travel, you should visit. The diversity of the people who live and work there is tremendous, and the restaurants and street food reflect that diversity and the overall "enjoyable flavor ". However, like all 20 million+poplulated cities be prepared for traffic, and more traffic! Driving in the city not recommended. Take a bus, taxi or Uber.

Our trip to Mexico included a 3 days in Mexico City, followed by 4 days in Chetumal - at Kokoro Mio, and 1 more day in Mexico city. We first stayed at Circulo Hotel in Condesa because it was recommended by several sites. We found that area over priced, slightly boring, and far from most tourist attractions. It was still a great location, very safe, but definitely catered to the more affluent resident and tourist. After returning from Chetumal, we stayed in El Centro, at the Historico Central Hotel. This was excellent and made us wish we could have stayed in the center for the entire trip
