Airport, really liked the fact we could walk to the hotel from inside the airport via walking bridge right to the lobby.

If you want to stay in the Centro Historico, this hotel is a great choice. The hotel itself is modern and were given a newly refurbished room with all the mod cons and even a drinking water tap in the bathroom (and help-yourself ice in the corridor outside our room). The paid-for breakfast (about £11 pp) was great—usual good hotel buffet selection and you can order a la carte eggs at no extra cost—with lashings of topped-up coffee. On check-out day, they looked after our cases so we could explore before getting a late evening flight. All-in-all, a great hotel with nothing to fault it.

The staff's attention to detail and service is exceptional. They were very responsive to every request and question I had. The hotel is clean, tidy, and welcoming. I'll be coming back, and strongly recommended it for everyone who's considering staying there, it'll be exceed your expectations.

Easy check in, really close to the airport and friendly staff . The room is big, comfortable and clean.

The location is great - in a safe area (we felt very safe in Mexico city, although all the info saying the contrary). The hotel has some age but is well maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bed linen was really high quality Egyptian cotton.

Large room and large bed, comfortable mattress and pillows, hot water, window and natural light, good location, friendly staff. My room was away from the common hallway and elevator so I didn't hear much noise from other guests. I was very happy with my stay

This hotel is great value for money for the area - situated right on the edge of Roma Norte and La Condesa, two of the nicest areas in Mexico City, lined with leafy streets with great restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

The place was clean, quiet, and we had a good night's rest. The breakfast was delicious. I'll definitely stay here again.

Everything is perfect, highly recommend for anyone visiting CDMX!! The room is very clean and modernly furnished, well equipped with everything-air conditioner, TV, fridge, wet & dry bathrooms. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I spend the best days staying in this hotel.

The staff was great always willing to help specially the kitchen staff they were great and they were a huge part of the great experience that we had.

The staff, location, amenities and food and beverages were all outstanding. Our room on the 3rd level was very spacious and quiet. Breakfast was a standout, with I believe the best selection I have seen and enjoyed anywhere. I received a half stay survey form, which I filled in and happened to mention the bathroom exhaust fan was a little noisy. Upon our return from our days adventure, we took a phone call to ask if the fan was better. They had come in and made it much quieter.

The breakfast was good with high quality of food. It is in a very good location, so you can walk around. The staff was really very helpful and the hotel in general was extremely safe.

The location of the hotel it's very good, in 15 minutes you will arrive walking to Bellas Artes. The restaurant is really good and the prices are competitive. The staff was very helpful and it's great that they have free parking.
