Very central to the airport and the walkway makes it easy when you land. The reception is straight through the walkway so there is no need to walk outside

If you want to stay in the Centro Historico, this hotel is a great choice. The hotel itself is modern and were given a newly refurbished room with all the mod cons and even a drinking water tap in the bathroom (and help-yourself ice in the corridor outside our room). The paid-for breakfast (about £11 pp) was great—usual good hotel buffet selection and you can order a la carte eggs at no extra cost—with lashings of topped-up coffee. On check-out day, they looked after our cases so we could explore before getting a late evening flight. All-in-all, a great hotel with nothing to fault it.

Easy check in, really close to the airport and friendly staff . The room is big, comfortable and clean.

Comfortable beds, great view (towards the airport), generally friendly staff (esp at Concierge), perfect downtown location Staff at check-in seemed a bit unengaged at times and queues were building up at the front desk so you would rather not go there if you had a question or a problem There's huge works in progress in the back of the hotel so this will probaby cause a lot of noise (it already did during my stay) for a long time and starting early morning hours. The air conditioning was not working well which could become reason to not choose this hotel in summer months. I hope they get this fixed because I actually really liked the hotel a lot and would hate to be forced to look for an alternative

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel in NH Hotel because it offered exceptional comfort and service. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Its location was perfect for exploring the city's vibrant culture and landmarks, adding even more value to my stay.

Large room and large bed, comfortable mattress and pillows, hot water, window and natural light, good location, friendly staff. My room was away from the common hallway and elevator so I didn't hear much noise from other guests. I was very happy with my stay

If you've been to other InterContinental hotels you know the level of quality to expect, it is up to it's reputation - very accommodating personnel, clean and well organised room, and we particularly liked the mattresses. We had a room with a very lovely city view, especially of the sunrise!

Stayed here a few times. Close to the airport and archivo general (national archive). Rooms are clean and in great condition. Free and secure parking. Good breakfast. Restaurant in the evening is fine as there’s not much else nearby in the evening. Free coffee available at all times.

The value for money was excellent and was in great location .easily accessible to all the well known attractions.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walking to Insurgentes metro station. Markets and cafes are near. Everything is super clean. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Great hotel! Very friendly and helpful personnel, location in Buenavista is perfect for commuting around the city. Breakfast was rather simplistic, but cooked perfectly. I am very satisfied with my stay.

Nice hotel with nice staff willing to help you. This means good service. The room has good space, good bed and it is clean. And internet works without problems. The free parking place helps a lot, and you can count on parking service. It is a good value for money and I recommend for those who needs a hotel around the Satelite region in Mexico City.

The cleanliness of the property and location!

I had an amazing stay! The reception team is super friendly and helpful. Thank you again, for helping me! I had a quite room and had a good rest, which I badly needed it! I loved the size of the room and felt like a little princess! ;)

Very good hotel - they upgraded me to the newly renovated section of the hotel which was fantastic! I chartered a private drive to the Piedra Herrada butterfly sanctuary and Carlos at front desk did a good job in replying and organising with the hotel's travel agency. Location was fantastic right behind Metropolitan Cathedral - the hotel has a cafe/bar overlooking it. The nearest metro station was Zocalo which was conveniently located just a few minutes walk away, as was McDonald's and restaurants such as Cafe de Tacuba
