The staff was great always willing to help specially the kitchen staff they were great and they were a huge part of the great experience that we had.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was amazing. The staff and location are the reason I’ll return.

Fabulous location within walking distance of lots of street food, restaurants and markets. Staff were very friendly!

The hotel is walking distance to all the tourist attraction near Historic District in Mexico City. The breakfast is okay and save you time to look elsewhere early morning. Room is value for money and has good amenites including hot water , drinking water, soap, shampoo, lotion and TV has all the subscriptions. I might come again to stay but the hotel should work on their wifi connection every other service is good.

great location & breakfast

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was relatively close to the metro (10 min walk) and although very close to nice and busy areas, the hotel itself (or at least the room) was quiet. Of course you could hear the streets a bit but nothing to bother or wake you up at night. The best was probably the staff! They were very friendly! Not only the people at the lobby but also the cleaners and all the staff.

Great location and friendly staff. Was allowed to check in early and got a room upgrade for not much extra. Room was clean and recently renewed

Great location. Everything I wanted to visit was relatively close. The staff was friendly but they did charge me for a visitor who came by for a couple of minutes.

I used to stay in this hotel many years ago. What a great surprise to see all the improvements, renovations and great staff. Buffet and location amazing
