Barceló Reforma is one of my very favourite hotels: it is centrally located, has excellent facilities, large rooms, very comfortable beds; wonderful, peaceful and appealing ambience; it offers fantastic breakfast; but one of the best features has consistently during several visits been the professionalism, courtesy, competence and helpfulness of staff, on this occasion in particular Diego, who checked me and my colleague and friend in, and offered both of us free upgrades! We both attended an international conference and the conference centre can easily be reached by taxi. During my next visit I will certainly choose Barceló Reforma again!

Everything is perfect. The suite is big enough with well equipped kitchen and bathroom, even has laundry machine. Super clean. Nothing to complain. The neighborhood is safe and charming with a lot of nice restaurants and bars. A little bit distant to attractions, need to get Uber to other zones, also means you’re away from crowds and noises. Most importantly, the staffs are very friendly and helpful , and can speak good English. One reception staff, I don’t know his name, when I was facing big conflict with local travel agency, he offered a lot help and problem resolved perfectly .

It's a great accomodation to spend few days in the city. The room is spacious, there is Nespresso machine but coffee capsules are charged. The level of cleaninless is great. The rooms are quiet and the air con is well functioning. We were travelling with our kids that could comfortably sleep in the middle of the bed, that was extremely spacious. The area is full of bars and restaurants at every time of the day and night and 2 convenience stores nearby.
