Location is good, staffs are kind, room is clean

Cleanliness and assistance. Personnel was so helpful!

Fine hotel considering the price, it’s best asset is the location, close to the Angel and in a lively neighbourhood to go out to eat

Location, helpful staff and cleanliness

I have been staying at the Maria Cristina for over 30 years. I honestly would never stay anywhere else. I love the beautiful colonial building, the gorgeous use of tiles and carved wood in the lobby, the sweet restaurant and the most wonderful staff both at the front desk and the restaurant. The neighborhood is great. Friendly and pretty and near to the large important street called Reforma. There are always legitimate drivers right outside the hotel, as well as easy access to the double decker “toury” buses. The hotel also has such a pretty garden with a nice bar and outside seating.

Fantastic place – clean, friendly, and great location!

Great location close to bars restaurants and sights, friendly staff, well organized and equipped room. Felt very safe.
