This was my third stay and this time I can say everything was perfect: the staff, the building’s facilities, the quiet atmosphere, etc. On top of that they have the perfect location close to everything in the heart of Mexico City.
The staff is amazing, they are so friendly (including the security staff) and they are always ready to help you with anything you need. Mil gracias!
They have a small gym, some bicycles 🚲 free or charge, and they also have a cute small station with hot filtered coffee , hot tea, and apples 🍎 available 24hr. (Very handy when in a rush). But there are tons of cafe options within a few feet outside.
Don’t forget to chill at the terrace.

I will definitely comeback. The host is super nice, explains well, smile always. The room is well equipped, well maintained. Easy to go to many places. It is near busy roads. The host explained that we feel sometimes the building moves, also there were earplugs so I was afraid of the noise.
But I was totally okay without earplugs, I could sleep well. Much better than other hotels that other guests make noise at night.

Overall, the B&B was fantastic. The bus station is just a 5-minute walk away, making it really convenient to get around the city. The room is small but cozy, with a super comfortable bed and a cute little rocking chair. The bathroom is always spotless. The homemade Mexican breakfast is a real treat. Octavio, the host, is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. You can chat with him about anything, and he’s always happy to share his thoughts and experiences. His huge collection of books also impresses me a lot. A special mention—towards the end of my stay, I accidentally lost my phone, and it was Octavio who helped me track it down. Huge thanks to him! I’d definitely recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a place to stay in Mexico City.
