My partner and I and our young baby stayed for four nights. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff spoke good English which was very helpful for us. Our room was large and clean. The hotel itself has a great bar and several restaurants (the margaritas are excellent). It’s walking distance to the attractions and we also did a tour to the pyramids through the hotel which I would recommend. The gym was very well equipped with a great view over the city. We used the pool a lot too. Would highly recommend.

Exactly what I was looking for! A good place to rest, pretty quiet for CDMX standards and very clean and comfortable. However, one step outside and you'll find yourself in a very lively neighbourhood with lots of nice terraces.

Breakfast was nice but have in mind that is not a buffet. There are specific options to choose and they prepare it at that moment.

The location is perfect, amongst it all and walking distance to everything. Local restaurants and food vendors and also upmarket restaurants as well. Keyless entries to the property reception and your room makes everything very easy. The apartments are new and decorated beautifully, very spacious and are equipped with everything you need. They also accommodate for large groups with 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments. Ours had 4 super comfy queen beds in 2 bedrooms and an identical bathrooms each, loved that !
The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Brian on night shift would chat to us when we returned from dinner and give us recommendations for site seeing etc.

The studio apartment was better than our expectations. All the facilities worked perfectly. The hotel and our rooms were cleaned daily and they provided fresh towels each day with the bedding changed every couple of days. In our opinion the cleanliness was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Javier (Manager) was excellent and was always there to help with anything we wanted. I have been learning the language and we chatted every morning in Spanish which was great practice for me. We will be coming back to Mexico City and we will definitely stay at the same place.

Great location in lively neighbourhood, next to popular taco place. Yes, there’s some street noise - it’s Mexico City so to be expected! But you can go and eat tacos 24/7 - total win! With the windows closed and the AC on, you barely notice the outside noise. Spacious accommodation, everything provided as in the pictures. Lovely cleaning lady was around often if you needed something extra. Handy to have door codes - less stress about losing or forgetting keys. Oh and there’s a bakery under the apartment so it smells like bread heaven every morning and, they make great takeaway coffee too! Most of all, extra thanks to the host and the cleaning lady as we forgot our kid’s favourite teddy and they couriered it to our next accommodation asap. We couldn’t be more grateful. Mil gracias!
