Barceló Reforma is one of my very favourite hotels: it is centrally located, has excellent facilities, large rooms, very comfortable beds; wonderful, peaceful and appealing ambience; it offers fantastic breakfast; but one of the best features has consistently during several visits been the professionalism, courtesy, competence and helpfulness of staff, on this occasion in particular Diego, who checked me and my colleague and friend in, and offered both of us free upgrades! We both attended an international conference and the conference centre can easily be reached by taxi. During my next visit I will certainly choose Barceló Reforma again!

Located on a beautiful street with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. Really safe. Minutes walk to Angel of Independence. The staff were so attentive and friendly. The apartment were spacious and super clean. Housekeeping came each day. Really recommend staying here!
