i have travelled all over the world and; this was one of the top five hotels I have in which I have stayed. value wise maybe number one or two.

A true five-star experience in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for an exceptional stay. The attention to detail, impeccable service, and sheer comfort made this a standout experience. I have stayed at a few Four Seasons, each with their own unique charm. This hotel is beautifully curated, at every corner something organically captures your breath and attention - courtyard fountain, fire pit at night, art displays, little nooks to sit down and just take it all in… My room was beautifully appointed, with thoughtful touches that made all the difference—turn-down service, premium amenities, and a bathroom setup that offered both an overhead rain shower and a handheld option (a rare and much-appreciated feature in Mexico). What truly sets Four Seasons apart is the effortless luxury—nothing feels forced, and every staff member goes above and beyond without being overbearing. The attention to detail with my food allergies was phenomenal. It’s the kind of place that reminds you how you deserve to be treated. After a string of underwhelming hotel experiences, this stay was a reset, a reminder, and a recalibration. I can’t wait to return. Five stars, and then some. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

- Location and area - the small and clean gym - Edgar, the concierge, was amazing when I needed help getting my passport from a different hotel in another city. He worked really hard and was very smart in solving a tough problem with the other hotel. Edgar was super helpful and took care of everything quickly and smoothly. He knew exactly what to do and made sure I was happy with everything. I'm so thankful for his help and I would tell anyone who needs a great concierge to go to him. - David was also very accommodating in other topics. The rest of the staff also seem to be very focused and well trained to ensure good service

There are hotels that you just know that you’ll return to, and the St Regis in Mexico City is one of them. It’s an oasis of peace in the middle bustling city! From the exceptional staff to the exquisite rooms, and the attention to details - it is everything you could ask for and more! The breakfast is amazing, and its restaurants and bars offer something for everyone. The staff is wonderful, and despite being at full capacity, the team will make you feel like you are their absolute priority. The rooms are timeless, elegant and the bed possibly the best I have ever slept in! I also highly recommend the hotel’s spa services, which only add to the feeling of complete calm and relaxation! And the concierge team and the butler service, who were always so helpful with any question or request!

To the point: the staff is exceptional. They were very mindful of the language gap and accommodated requests, providing assistance as needed and helpful information. The 1-bedroom is spacious, with comfortable beds, great Wi-Fi, and kitchen tools for small dish preparation.

I really loved this hotel, and every aspect of my stay was perfect. It is ideal for mature adults looking for a quiet and friendly small hotel with amazing views and the best staff. After just 4 days, they felt like family. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and I have been travelling for almost 55 years!

The staff were incredibly helpful from local recommendations to arranging a tour. We made two bookings which were accidentally two different types of room and they upgraded us to the better room for the whole trip for our anniversary, which we were so grateful for. The hotel was spotlessly clean, breakfast was delicious and the service couldn'tbe faulted. The hotel is walking distance to Condesa and Roma Norte. Would highly recommend!

The hotel is in a really good spot. Even though it's near everything it's still relatively quiet.The staff are friendly and the breakfast every morning is really good. The gate needs to be opened by a staff member but I never had to wait anymore than a minute, it's perfectly fine. The bed is also huge and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Location was perfect to explore the centre, Roma, Condesa etc. Everything necessary was available in the appartment and easy contact with the host; quick responses and everything handled within a short period

The welcome from Eduardo and all the staff was so heart felt and sincere.They made us feel like we were home from home.We loved thr use of the kitchen the personalised breakfast and fantastic roof terrace to have a night cap.
