Clean, staff very helpful (they don't speak English), location fantastic, Wifi was working well (I worked remote, so long video calls, never had issues), great rooms design, cozy and beautiful, comfortable beds, kitchen with all necessary tools.

This location really has been one of the highlights of our Mexico-Trip. Super friendly and accommodating staff, nice apartment with everything you need while being one of the cleanest apartments we stayed in all over Mexico. Located very well for all kinds of activities you want to do as a tourist on vacation. 10/10 would recommend and definitely would come again - thanks to the friendly and helpful guys at the front desk.

The place has charm, beautiful gardens with seating arrangements outside. Staff is helpful and polite. Dining tables are beautifully set, there are plenty of menu options. My bed was very comfortable. I like the neighborhood a lot. It doesn’t feel like being in a huge city at all, but rather like being in a welcoming small town. This was my third stay here since 2021. We arrived late. However on arrival we were greeted by our host, who could not speak English, but through Google translate we got settled in. We must also point out, that our host was extremely patient and accomodating.

Such an incredible hotel - it has literally everything - amazing location, beautiful rooms, epic pool, sauna, gym and spa. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I was staying in Mexico City. The hotel team were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and dinner at Balta was incredible.
