This was my 3rd time to CDMX and previously stayed in 3 spacious and modern air bnbs and 1 other boutique hotel however THIS HOTEL WAS MY FAVORITE AND MOST COMFORTABLE STAY YET. I booked the junior apartment for 5 nights and was extremely lucky that I was able to book it for an extra night because I wanted to extend my stay. Communicating with the staff was so easy since we could whatsapp any request or questions. The junior apartment came with a private terrace. What a luxury! I loved the cleanliness, location, kind staff and friendly doormen, the free food and water downstairs, the SOUNDPROOFING AND HOT WATER (IYKYK - these two things in particular can be issues at air bnbs in CDMX). When it comes to location, there are cafes, bars, an OXXO, dry cleaning and restaurants literal steps away). I would get home late after going out and felt safe as a solo female traveler in the area. I even used the little fitness area and the stationary bike is decent. It's close enough to walk to Roma Norte as well.

Great place in a top location, literally <5m walking to the angel de la independencia. Good spot to explore the city from. The rooms were clean and modern.

The -1 floor room was huge and fit three adults very comfortably. Felt like a room in Vegas without the view.

Beautiful gardens within the hotel's compound, spacious clean rooms, delicious Continental breakfast with freshly baked muffins and Mexican conchas, freshly squeezed orange juice, and coffee. We arrived late. However on arrival we were greeted by our host, who could not speak English, but through Google translate we got settled in. We must also point out, that our host was extremely patient and accomodating.

Such an incredible hotel - it has literally everything - amazing location, beautiful rooms, epic pool, sauna, gym and spa. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I was staying in Mexico City. The hotel team were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and dinner at Balta was incredible.
