Located on a beautiful street with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. Really safe. Minutes walk to Angel of Independence. The staff were so attentive and friendly. The apartment were spacious and super clean. Housekeeping came each day. Really recommend staying here!

so spacious and quiet in the middle of the main attractions , but the staff are the most amazing people! always very helpful, friendly and making your staying as comfortable as possible. They called a taxi for me making my life easier. I will stay again in my next visit to Mexico City

I loved everything about this place. The staff attended to all the guests wonderfully. Despite the communication barrier [as I failed to master Spanish, my bad], they tried their best to explain the area, food, transportation etc. and they did an amazing job. The accommodation was stunning. They also had bicycles for guests to use at any time which was very convenient.

Such an incredible hotel - it has literally everything - amazing location, beautiful rooms, epic pool, sauna, gym and spa. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I was staying in Mexico City. The hotel team were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and dinner at Balta was incredible.
