This was beautiful and right in the heart of Valladolid. Big pool and communal shape around a courtyard. I loved everything about staying here. Ample space, sweet staff, gorgeous, convenient, and all the things we needed at a fingertips. It was a perfect home for our trip.

Amazing location, the hotel looks great, the pool is the perfect design touch, but also functional to cool down in or simply to have a drink next to. Comfy, big rooms and friendly staff. Even though they have a very small private parking, they fit a lot of cars there and help you get them out if needed.

Secret cave was an enormous experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Hacienda Sanchez. The hotel has a beautiful ground full of nature. Hotel staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, A/C functioned well, and it was quiet overall. I didn´t get to use the swimming pool but it looked very clean. The hotel is situated at the entrance of Valladolid, at about 1.2 km from the town center, but if you don´t like to walk, a taxi takes you for about 50 pesos. After arriving and feeling totally immersed in nature, I found out that there is a Chedraui supermarket at a very short distance, which was really convenient.

Very quiet and peaceful located in the middle of Valladolid. We loved chilling at the pool with the kids after an adventurous day around Valladolid. Kids were very happy there. Large room. We had one large room for all four of us (15/10)

Very nice place to hang out, bed was huge and comfy, staff were friendly & helpful, location was perfect right beside a Cenote and near the town square.

The room was beautiful and so many great little touches - the coffee machine, the beautiful bathroom and toiletries. The pool was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. Great location and friendly happy staff.

The service was excellent from start to finish. The reception staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and always helpful. They offered us several activities and even arranged a private taxi that accompanied us for the entire day, which made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. The restaurant was very good, with high-quality food and an excellent value for money. Prices were fair considering the quality of the dishes. Breakfast was the best we had during our entire trip in Mexico. All the dishes were homemade, including the bread, and everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-designed, and very well maintained. The cleaning service was perfect: our room was always spotless and well taken care of.

The staff was very polite and welcoming, and the rooms and the pool were well-maintained. Best reached by car, free parking available.

Super cute hotel with beautiful design, friendly service, room felt very luxury, set of several towels, good room service, good room temperature, great breakfast - earlier take Away breakfast was very nice. Location is also very good, close to the cenote and just a short walk from the main square. Highly recommend it, we could have stayed longer

Good value for money good location

Well taste, nice traditional design, can feel the colonial influence which puts the place in the right context given its location. Steps away from main square, the room was quiet spite the streets fiesta running till late hours. Clean and neat, hosts were amiable and friendly. I had a hefty discount so for me it was really good value for money.

Spacious and clean room. The hotel is right behind the cathedral so the location is super central. Receptionist are super helpful and kind.

The staff let us check in way after the normal check-in times. The parking lot is just across the street in a private yard.
