Amazing service, the rooms are out of this world. 10/10 recommend this place. We were in Tulum a few days ago and pand 3X the amount for alot less. The rooftop is amazing aswell, specially with the sunset.

staff is extremely helpful and made the best efforts to make our trip as enjoyable and cheap as possible. the location was a short distance from the main area which was definitely preferred as it was so peaceful and quiet, 99% of the time. I will definitely be returning

Wonderful stay at NABOA, the hotel is a lovely new boutique and felt like an oasis away from the busy beach district or town. All the staff were incredible and attentive and I would highly recommend staying here as opposed to some of the main hotels in the area. The only negative could perhaps be the location as you need to drive or get taxis realistically to reach town or the beach but we used an ATV to get about and taxis in the evening and worked perfect for us. To experience the area properly you should have a mode of transport anyway.

A magical place to stay if you are in Tulum. Far from the craziness of the beachfront and the downtown. Loved the swimming pools - both the private in the villa and the public one. The rooms were cleaned two times a day and the bed was really comfortable. Everyone was also really kind and helpful.

My experience was priceless!!! Staff was warm and Wonderful. Food was excellent. My villa was clean, private and cozy. Loved my stay in Hotel Bardo.

Super spacious, modern and nice. Great bar below and roof terrace. Definitely check out El Aguajito Marisqueria seafood restaurant on same road nearby. It is stunning.

Fantastic property, extremely clean and amazing facilities. Our room was super spacious, the kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped and the balcony was a delight. The rooftop swimming pool and area is amazing!! We watched the sunset every day from the swimming pool, amazing!! Regarding the potholes in other reviews, I think all of the roads in Tulum are full of them so it isn’t such a big deal at all. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they also helped us organise our scooters.

The apartment was large, comfortable and clean. The shower had hot water with great pressure. The bed was comfortable, had air conditioning and a smart tv. The pool area had deck chairs and hammocks. We also rented bicycles from the hotel and the process was quick and easy. Definitely recommend staying here!

Was really gorgeous! The rooms had hammocks too! It felt very luxurious and was such a great price. Loved the breakfast!

Comfortable beds, receptionist had good tips about where to eat and what to do in town. We asked for extra towels and got them immediately.

This is such a gem of a hotel! The first time in a while that a place lived up to its online photos. It's a little out of the way, but there's still great bars and restaurants nearby, and they provide free bikes to get about further. Beautifully decorated, really comfortable, great breakfast.. it was so great! I would stay here again!
