I loved the room and the ocean view and all the beaches and choices of beaches - you can literally walk from one or the other with your feet in the ocean. I had little surprises of complimentary yoga and Pilates and work out stations and even bike rentals … the staff was super friendly and helpful and would answer my WhatsApp questions within seconds! Always provided what we needed. The food was great. But above all the beauty of it all.

Beautiful green areas, the restaurant was very nice decorated, swimming pool very nice. Very clean and tidy beach with lovely palapas. The buildings are very nice and well kept. Beg shower in our room with a little fridge. Staff were super friendly and the guacamole is the best I’ve ever had! Overall all the food was delicious.

Everything was perfect, moreover for the price I paid 👍🏻

Location was fantastic, just few steps from amazing beaches. the staff was super friendly and overall the property was super nice. Very nice breakfast. We had a feeling to be alone in a beautiful little jungle.

This is a beautiful hotel with its own beach. The hotel rooms are small huts that are scattered over the area of the hotel. Our hut had its own fridge and air conditioning (although really cooling the hut is a bit a challenge, it will make the room a bit cooler). There is a restaurant that serves a very good breakfast and stays open as a bar and later a restaurant. You have your own beach and chairs to your disposal. Staff is friendly and some speak a little bit of English. They arranged a golf cart for us for one day. We loved this place a lot. Luxury living on the beach.

Great staff, huge comfy clean room with fan and air-conditioning. The balcony with a nesting pigeon topped it off. Not far from the main square and in a quiet location. Loved it and extended our stay by 2 days.

The overall experience is well worth it. I think they fit more into the category of a very good inn than a hotel, but that wasn't a problem. The location is one of the strong points, right on the beachfront and very close to downtown Holbox. The beach in front of the hotel is clean, free of rocks and seaweed, so you can enjoy the sea right in front of the hotel. The room is large and comfortable, although a small investment in some amenities could improve the experience inside. We stayed in the apartment, but there are also bungalows. The hotel has two swimming pools: one for adults only, in front of the beach and with a bar, and one at the back of the property, which is for families. We didn't use the adult pool with the bar, only the children's pool. The only downside is that there are few chairs and loungers. And if you stay in a bungalow near the family pool, you'll hear children playing all day. Breakfast is a huge plus; you can choose from a variety of dishes, from Mexican favorites to more traditional options like eggs and fruit. The portions are generous, so if you're traveling with your family, you can mix and match and everyone can have a little bit of everything. Tahamara, the staff member, was very attentive.

Everything. Staff amazing. Location amazing. There was a club next door which was quite convenient. You could walk the main area which surrounds the hotel. Beach across the hotel is great too.

Big spacious rooms, excellent location, comfy beds, big bathroom

The room was wide and clean, furnished properly in details. The best place to be on holiday in Holbox. The hotel is located in the center close to everything, that's allowed you to don't rent any vehicles.

Great location, 10 mins walk from the ferry, 3 minutes from the beach. Overall the location is great! Clean rooms and very nice staff, good communication in English. OK to pay by card.

Centrally located, close to everything you might need - the Casa is a great choice for everyone staying a couple of nights on Holbox!

We has one of our best stays so far in Mexiko here. In our opinion this is the best hotel in Holbox. Very very stylish furniture and in best location. The staff was so friendly. The kitchen was so good and well equipped for cooking. Would definitely come back. The room looks even better than on the pictures!!!
