Great location, breakfast is included in the price and was differentiated each morning. Very close to restaurants and the weekend market in the main square.

Excelent place on the lagoon, with very good access to the water. You can asleep in hamacca and early watch the sunrice. Very helpfull staff.

We loved our stay here! The location is ideal, it’s very close to the centre of Bacalar and also right opposite a free pier where you can access the lagoon. Pool area is great to relax in and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Really tasty breakfast too with different options that you can order :)

The room was clean and spacious. We received fresh towels. There is a small shop nearby for convenience. the property has a lovely garden. The parking area is gated and secure.

The hotel was really good! Room was spacious, super clean and tidy. With AC and TV. Bedsheets and towels were clean and room was tidied every day. Bathroom was big and had hot water - a sometimes unique feature around Central America! They even provided soap and shampoo! The staff at this hotel were super helpful at all Times! Thanks for everything! We will for sure recommend!

Clean, good value for the money. The property is on lagoon which is really great. The bed is comfortable.

Setup was beautiful and having access to the lagoos is great. The rooms were very nice as well, big beds and nice bathrooms.

Wonderful newly furnished property right on the lake. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable. The ability to book the palapa for a private meal on the lake was a huge highlight for us. The food was also absolutely delicious - expect fine dining!

The location is very good. The people working seemed nice, it's a shame they don't invest in the appearance and maintenance of the place!!

Location was perfect, Room was amazing. Ultra clean. Family owned and run. Could walk from the ADO bus station (1.5 km maybe). Just up the road from the lagoon. And close to the centre, for food, drink and nightlife. Provided water to refill bottles, free coffee all day, and basic breakfast was provided. Thumbs up. Definite hidden gem in Bacalar. Maria was great, so helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Best stay in Mexico so far, while touring.

ROOM WAS SO CLEAN. CENTRAL LOCATION, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. FREE FILTERED WATER provided from a big water tank at entrance for you to refill your water bottles. FREE SHAMPOO AND SOAP in the showers. Great place !

Excellent location, right in the heart of downtown. Has a pool but we had to wait for them to service it before we could swim.

Nice spacious 2 bedroom apartment next to the pool. The children of 10 and 13 years liked the net and hamac/relaxing chair upstairs most. Good breakfast with several options like scrambled eggs, Mexican warm special dish, pancakes and toast. Nice restaurant, good food, not a lot of options but fine and good cocktails. Really kind staff, nice pool, liked this hotel most of the 8 hotels in Mexico. 5 minutes walk to city centre.
