We loved this adorable little hotel with an amazing ambience and view. The employees were extremewly helpful and ensured that our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is situated right across from the lagoon with direct access to the water. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this lovely hotel.

This place has a shared kitchen which makes it so much easier for guests who don’t feel like going to the centre multiple times a day to eat, for me, this made the stay much more relaxed. The layout of this place is very nice and the walk through the plants to get to your room is wonderful. The rooms feel very private due to the vegetation in between each room.

Super friendly staff, large and clean rooms. available kayaks to use in the lake. Nice self-service breakfast. The area is easy to reach with restaurants nearby, and easy to book boat trips nearby also. The pontoon by the lake is wonderful to relax.

A lovely little cabin directly on the waterfront. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfortable with fun amenities like a personal coffee maker. Price includes some watersports and bike rentals - we rode in to the main center in around 15 minutes.

Beautiful location, wooden huts on the lakeshore, breakfast served on the balcony of your individual hut.

Extremely clean. Great location. Excellent value for money. Staff was wonderful especially the day manager, apologies I forgot his name. He was very helpful and I really appreciate the time he took helping me. I had originally booked 4 nights but extended for a total of 9 nights. Highly recommend.

Everything was amazing! We loved every minute of our stay, breakfast was delicious, location just across the laguna, sunbeds always available. Made such an amazing escape from daily rutine, such a paradise

Excellent value for money, villa on the shore of the lagoon. Kayaks and boat hire available for rent. Breakfast is a specific la carte menu but other items from the menu cost extra. Breakfast quality was ok.

It had everything I wanted and let me fully relax. We went into town one day and I was so happy that we had chosen to stay at Cayuco Maya instead. The food, vibe and views were all perfect.

The location is very good. The people working seemed nice, it's a shame they don't invest in the appearance and maintenance of the place!!

This was a really nice place to stay. Loved that each room was a little independent house with the traditional thatched roof and great private outdoor shower. Humble and simple design meets the generous large room and bed. The central location was great. Other reviewers wrote about the noise from the neighboring club. I stayed on a Sunday and all was peaceful and quite. They have access to a beach club, which I did not go, and also a discount at a decent food spot close-by.

Excellent location, right in the heart of downtown. Has a pool but we had to wait for them to service it before we could swim.

Loved this hotel so much and will definitely be back, walkable to some great restaurants & bars , safe ,my favourite place was the pool though , great rooms very spacious & friendly staff from reception to the breakfast staff
