The location of this place was fantastic. The place was close enough to walk to the main strip while still being nice and quiet when going to bed. Staying here meant we could explore where the locals eat rather than just the touristy hot spots. So glad we opted for this rather than a hotel room because it gave us separate spaces to relax in, a lounge to relax with drinks, a kitchen bench for snacks and a full fridge. We didn't make use of the kitchen in it's entirety, but would've been happy to stay even longer. The gym is also a decent size.

The apartment are very well decorated and clean, made us feel very confortable. The rooftop has an wonderful view. We really enjoyed our stay.

SUUT Hostal Boutique asub Playa del Carmenis, Playa del Carmeni rannast 600 meetri kaugusel. Kohapeal on välibassein, tasuta privaatne parkla, ühine puhkeruum ja terrass. Very good Hostel. I planned to stay for a few days and extended for 2 weeks. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms, good beds and nice rooftop area. Would go there again for sure.

A special mention goes to the manager, Sonja, who was truly exceptional—kind, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout the stay. SANA TULUM is perfect for travelers seeking a boutique eco-luxury experience, combining jungle, beach, sustainability, tranquility, and understated elegance in one of Tulum’s most beautiful settings. Highly recommended—I would gladly return.

Lovely apartment and perfect location near a massive supermarket, downtown bars and the main road down to the beach.

Just one block from 5th Avenue, although not fancy, this place is truly a gem! Initially, I wasn’t sure as it was located next to a pizza restaurant in a busy area. My trip was last minute and on short notice, I had requested early arrival. Once inside the complex, I felt safe; it was quiet and everything was very clean. I was met by Diego, who was wonderful, carrying and storing my luggage, bringing extra water, connecting the internet cables and offering suggestions; he was so very gracious. If I needed anything, all I had to do was ask. The location was fabulous, close to the beach, the ferry and Fifth Avenue, making it a great stay!
